Pros: cleanliness, pool heated, large, games for kids, very attentive management group/very responsive!!! Cons: No tv’s in bedrooms (other than master), 2nd bath door didn’t lock, very lacking in curtains (they were shear and did not keep out light, the curtains by downstairs door were aged and falling apart), sliding doors need to be greased or something because they are very difficult to open, the home did have some pests issues-when I alerted them to this, they were very prompt and responsive, the kitchens lacked in supplies, the dishwasher didn’t work but they were also very prompt about it and had it replaced while we were there. **Our biggest issue we faced was that, either the owner of the home or the management company they use, continued to watch us. We received a message daily about the # of guests in the home. I had to repeatedly inform them that we had family near by and the kids would come over. This became a daily occurrence. We were uncomfortable and felt like we were being watched. There is a doorbell cam, a cam over the garage and one over the pool area. I am understanding of wanting to keep the home safe but it felt invasive. We had young girls swimming and it was uncomfortable to think of someone watching them in their bikinis. I feel like for the price, the house should have been a bit nicer and more stocked. However, it was still a nice home, it just needs updated.
