We had a great stay at this condo!. The place was spotless, beautiful decorated and exactly as described. The kitchen had everything I needed and the location was perfect. Cristian and Cristina were very responsive and made everything super easy from check-in to checkout. I would stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay.

Nice accommodations for the area. Fairly priced, clean and comfortable. Advertising was accurate. Might be helpful to some potential guests to advise that unit is on third floor with no elevator. We were all ok with the steps.

Great owners and great location! So helpful with recommendations and responsive to all questions. We truly enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to everything we wanted to do. The grounds and pool were well kept and quiet. The owners supplied everything you need for cooking meals and even a trip to the beach (chairs, umbrella, sand toys, and small cooler). The condo itself was super clean. All of us had our own space and the balcony was shaded and relaxing. Highly recommend staying at the Royal Dream!

Amazing property!

This is an amazing property to stay at while visiting in Clearwater. It was clean and ready when promised. The decor is so fun and beachy which made us feel like we were on vacation every morning when we woke up. The owners were amazing to work with and the communication was on point every time. If you plan to stay in the area check out this condo, you won't be disappointed!!!

Our family vacation at this condo was absolutely perfect! We especially appreciated how well-equipped it was for our 1.5-year-old, offering everything from beach toys, a boogie board, an umbrella, and chairs to a pack-and-play and high chair. The owners truly thought of every detail, providing extra condiments and coffee, and ensuring the kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal. The condo swimming pool was very nice, and the owners were incredibly responsive, replying to messages within minutes. Check-in and check-out were seamless thanks to their clear instructions.While it's worth noting the condo is on the third floor with no elevator, this was clearly stated upfront and wasn't an issue for us. We would absolutely recommend this condo to other families!

Great place to stay

This property is exactly as described and as shown in photos. The host makes every effort to have everything you would need at the property including beach / pool toys, beach chairs and towels, and items available for younger children. The host was very responsive, check in process was smooth, and the location had a very nice pool for families.

Comfort, Cleanliness and Convenience!

I cannot rave enough about this property. It was very clean and well-maintained. The place has an elegant beach vibe and was super spacious for our small family of three. We found the beds to be very comfortable. It is also conveniently located, with just a quick drive to restaurants and beaches. We were able to visit two different beaches in our short few day stay. It was nice to retreat from the beach crowds to this quiet little oasis. We most enjoyed the balcony and the pool!

The Avalon

We chose the Avalon off of VRBO for our first snowbird experience. Based on the reviews and what we thought would be a comfortable place to spend our time, we were 100% satisfied with our condo and all that it offered. Christian and Cristina were wonderful hosts and simply put, we couldn’t have chosen a better place. The condo was supplied with everything a family or couple would need for a their beach vacation. Highly recommend renting from Christian and Cristina.

Really nice condo!

The condo was beautiful and very clean! The pictures online portrayed the condo just as it is in person. Good location, close to Clearwater and a lot of great places to eat close by. The check in and check out process was seamless. The pool on-site was warm and very nice. Great location and area for families. We would stay here again!!

Perfect Place for Family of 4

Place was well-suited for our family of four. Very nicely decorated-had a cozy feel to it and well stocked, with comfortable beds and furniture. Grounds were beautiful and we made good use of the pool and workout room. Owners were great to work with, very communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay there again if we are in the area!
