    Sunset Beach is a true wildlife sanctuary — watch sea turtles nest under the full moon, pelicans dive for their afternoon snack, and dolphins and manatees cruise by daily. Along the water’s edge, little sandpipers feed as you soak in the beauty of this peaceful, residential beach on the southern tip of Treasure Island.



    Our condo offers endless summer vibes with two comfortable bedrooms — one with a king bed and the other with two twins( trundle) — ensuring a perfect night’s sleep for everyone. There are two full bathrooms, each with a shower and hair dryer, making mornings effortless. The living room features a cozy sofa bed(queen pullout) and stunning Gulf views — the perfect place to relax and feel the ocean breeze. Please note that balconies are facing the beach and are shared as the are the common walk way. We have room for two chairs and a table in front of condo on balcony.

The stay was amazing! Got to see dolphins every morning and it was just a few quick steps to the beach. They had beach chairs, umbrellas, sunscreen, and everything you could need. I highly recommend staying here.

Great place - loved all the beach accessories to use - everything you could think of to make your beach day great. The sunset was gorgeous from the deck and we appreciated the deck chairs too! There were several snacks left for us and fresh pastries too! Would come back and stay here again if back in the area.

This is the place to stay! The unit is well stocked with everything you need for the beach, and all the comforts of home. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. Our family had the best time here. We saw dolphins every morning and amazing sunsets in the evening, right from the balcony. Don't hesitate to book this unit! 10/10, would stay again!

Outstanding location right on the beach. Condo was excellent providing anything you might need, plus many thoughtful touches like pastries upon our arrival. Owner was terrific, responding to any questions immediately. You won't be disappointed!

The condo was clean and stocked with any beach supplies you could ever need. Parking was convenient and the condo was in a safe area near several restaurants and shops. The view was perfect and this area of the beach was peaceful- not too packed with people. Overall a great stay!

Wonderful place, had everything we needed and lots of beach accessories. Great communication with Brian before arrival and during our stay checked on us to make sure we had what we needed. Will definitely book again!

This place was amazing. My wife loved that they had all the little things that people forget and everything were quality brands. The communication with the host was the best. We have stayed at a lot of places but this owner was on top of everything. Definitely would recommend to anyone that asks

Brian’s place and hospitality is one of the best our group has ever encountered! We can tell Brian truly loves hosting and caring for his guest. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. You cannot beat the ocean view of this place! The cherry on top was how clean and beautifully decorated the place was. We appreciated all the small detail and loved all the art Brian and his team put in decorating the place. This is my third time in Treasure Island, and Brian’s place and hospitality blew it out the park that we won’t even consider other places next time we return.

We had an amazing stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience! The condo was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. One of our favorite things was how well-equipped it was for a beach vacation. The owners provided beach chairs, a beach tent, games, and so many other extras that made our trip even more enjoyable. The condo was also stocked with household essentials and toiletries, which was incredibly convenient and thoughtful. The host was outstanding throughout our stay. They were friendly, responsive, and quick to answer any questions or address any needs we had, making the entire process stress-free from start to finish.We were beyond impressed with every aspect of our stay and will absolutely be booking this condo again in the future. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-stocked, and relaxing place to stay!

The condo is right on the beach. Super clean with numerous extras such as water and snacks. The hosts are so sweet and ard available 24/7 if you need anything. We will be back and recommend this condo one million percent!

We had an amazing time at Sunset. The condo was very clean and the host was helpful if we had any questions. The view from the balcony was amazing, we saw dolphins almost everyday. The host provided beach chairs,umbrella’s,wagon and aloe for my family when they had sun burn, we live in Michigan. We also had a box of pastries waiting for us to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday. We would definitely like to book this condo again.

The condo was exactly as it was described on the website and was absolutely perfect for our long weekend get away. Brian, our host, was super with communications, providing danishes, coffee, and wine for us since we arrived late. There was everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We will definitely be back and we highly recommend the condo to anyone looking for spectacular views of the ocean and sunsets.

Brian, the host was absolutely amazing. He thought of every little detail. The place was immaculate, clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. I will definitely stay here again. Beautiful condo in a beautiful location! Fully stocked with everything we needed! The hosts even stocked the fridge with our favorite beverages! Thank you! The only thing that could have made it perfection is a dishwasher! I would highly recommend staying here again!

This beachfront property was perfect for my family's weeklong vacation. It was very welcoming and Brian, our host, was amazing. Very communicative and accommodating. We had plans to visit other areas around the St. Pete/Treasure Island area and just ending up spending our time at the beach right in front of us because it was so wonderful. We saw dolphins and manatees swim right passed us.When we were unfortunately in a car accident and unable to get around, Brian was quick to offer up any help he could offer to us. It was comforting to know that help was there when we were so far from family and home.I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area. We will definitely be back again! Thank you again

My family had a wonderful stay the week of Thanksgiving! The condo was very clean and welcoming, and the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Brian was a wonderful host as he was made checking in and out very simple and was easy to reach with any questions! I highly recommend this condo, especially if you have children! The beach is steps away, and the sunset views are incredible!

One of the best stays that we have had. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. Being beach front, you can hear the waves as you cook dinner or sleep at night. The unit has everything you need for your stay on the beach, including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and even some games for the kids. The host Brian was amazing. We told him we were celebrating a birthday while we were there and he had a nice arrangement of deserts ready for us when we arrived. He was very communicative and a great host. We will most definitely plan another stay at Brian's place!!

Brian was an incredible host! So many things that made our stay more enjoyable: coffee and beach chairs for our first sunrise on the beach, comfortable beds & pillows, snacks to welcome us, beach towels, and many more. He was available within minutes when I reached out to him with a question. I would highly recommend this host & location! :)

We had a wonderful stay! Our host bent over backwards to ensure that we had fun. Pastries from a local bakery were on the counter when we arrived, along with another basket of assorted snacks. There were plenty of beach chairs, towels, etc. and a wagon to haul everything to fun in the sun! The host couldn’t do anything about the cool days, but did suggest tons of other things to do, sights to see in the area! He was just a super friendly, accommodating host! This place was a lucky find for us—loved the view of the gulf, the sound of the waves, and the gorgeous sunsets!

The condo was immaculate. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with small appliances, dishes, tableware, etc. There were multiple beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards plus beach toys for kids. There was nothing we needed that wasn't readily available for indoors and outdoors. From our deck we even got to enjoy some dolphins swimming past early in the morning plus sunsets in the evening. Brian was always accessible before and during our trip. He answered any questions immediately. He checked on us after the first night to be sure all was well. We would not hesitate to go back. In fact, one member of our party intends to take her family back in the fall.
