unfortunately, we were visiting St. Pete for a funeral. We wanted to give our daughter in law a warm, cozy place to come back to during her fathers funeral. The bedroom(only other room with an actual bed) had flying bugs we believe were termites. They pulled out a cot, it collapsed in the middle. The bedding and towels were old, dated and disgusting. Door knobs to closets fell off in our hands,IF, they had handles at all. This house would be beautiful and location is perfect. However, it clearly was not ready for rental. The price we paid was so unreasonable. Front door lock did not work. Pants left in the closet. A pair of women’s shoes in the bathroom. That screams to me it was not properly cleaned. Made a huge mistake of going barefoot for a second. Floors were gritty . The owner was quick to respond, however, we gave up and didn’t have time to look for another place . Which is what we truly wanted to do. Hopefully this place will be finished before renting again. We felt horrible for our daughter in law. it was not close to what we wanted for her . This is the first negative review i ever left. Circumstances and the fact i believe this was strictly a money grab. And man, they grabbed alot . We wouldn’t bring our suitcases in our home before emptying and cleaning them. Point made . We won’t be going back.

Kitchen was well stocked and organized. Loved having a full bathroom / laundry room on the main living floor. Both bathrooms are large. Property was well stocked with extra towels, trash bags, paper towels and quality toilet paper, soap, laundry detergent. View from balcony was perfect. Beautiful sunsets. Location to beach was perfect for us. Many dining out, or take out, options available very close. We enjoyed our time!

The location of the house is amazing, it’s right across from the beach! Everything was as described, and our stay had everything we needed.

The home was lovely. When we arrived there was trash on a balcony and broken items in the kitchen/ living room area. Our biggest complaint was the listing stated there was a pack and play, baby gates and strollers. We did not bring any of these items and they did not exist in the home. The info book in the home mentioned they were in the garage but they were not. We ended up purchasing a pack and play, that we also had to pay to bring home. With 2 sets of stairs, missing baby gates was a challenge too. The location was fabulous. The host was communicative but I'm not sure they visit the property often enough.

The house is great. The supplies that are at the house are great there was cooking oli plus salt & pepper so we didn’t have to run to the store in the first day that we got here. The proximity to the beach is Excellent it is just a two minute walk the house was clean. We have no issues with the AC with fans though out the house. The rules were very specific to the point so that was easy to follow. Would stay here again in the area.Beautiful sunsets and the beach was not crowded.

The house was clean and in a great location. Close to most everything. Very spacious for a party of 7 adults. However the thing that sold us on the booking was the idea of having a beach wagon to carry things to and from the beach easily. And the access to a gas grill. We didn’t have either of these items available at the house. There was a very small charcoal grill that took a long time to grill for 7 people.

Best sunset beach vacation spot

Seconds to the beach, so much in food, shops, convenience in walking distance. The house was very accommodating, host was prompt and very professionally friendly. Great parking. Thank you for hosting our family vacation to one of our favorite locations! We will be back!

St Pete Beach Wedding Weekend

This house is located a very short walk from the beach. Kitchen is well-stocked. There were plenty of bath & beach towels. The house had been cleaned prior to our arrival. There are a lot of steps if anyone has physical limitations, but for our group the steps were fine. We enjoyed our stay!

Great beach house, perfect location

This house was exactly what we were looking for to have a family beach trip. Walk directly across the street and you're at the beach. This area of Treasure Island is great, as it's less crowded and there are two small restaurants within a 2 min walk of the house. 7-11 is within walking distance. House itself was very clean and well taken care of. Nice bathrooms, all furniture was in great shape, and being able to use the garage for storage of beach toys was a huge bonus. Plenty of parking for 4 cars. The whole house has ocean views, but the master bedroom in particular is huge and has a great ocean view from the windows plus it's own private balcony with incredible ocean views. Lastly, we watched some of the best sunsets we've ever seen here. It's honestly worth it just for that. Highly recommend!

Great beach getaway

Very clean and so close to the beach you could easily walk to and from the home as needed to get snacks or for a short break from the beach without the hassle of finding or paying for parking. Lots of space in the house to spread out for our family of 6 with multiple bathrooms and a family friendly town. Best beach rental we have had so far!
