The private pool is heated during cooler months for your enjoyment. Pool temperature may vary during unusually cold Florida weather.



Please note that the pool itself is outdoors and is not screened. A separate screened area is provided for outdoor dining and relaxing.

Dogs up to 50 lbs are welcome. Please contact us before booking if traveling with another type of pet.



🏡 RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD



Our home is located in a peaceful residential community. We kindly ask guests to respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM–9 AM. Parties and events are not permitted.



🗑️ TRASH



Trash is collected twice weekly. On scheduled pickup days, please place the trash bins at the curb after 6 PM the evening before collection and return them after pickup. Additional instructions and pickup days are provided at the home.



🚭 NO SMOKING



Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the home. A $1,000 fee may be charged for indoor smoking due to the additional cleaning, deodorizing and remediation required.



🧻 STARTER SUPPLIES



We provide starter quantities of essential household and bathroom supplies to help you settle in. Guests staying longer may need to purchase additional supplies.



📺 SMART TVs



Smart TVs are available throughout the home. Guests may sign into their own streaming services and should remember to log out before departure.



🌴 FLORIDA LIVING



The home receives routine professional pest control. However, because the pool and portions of the outdoor space are not screened, occasional insects or Florida wildlife may be encountered outdoors.



⛈️ WEATHER



Florida weather can be unpredictable. Weather conditions are outside the host’s control, and we recommend travel insurance for guests concerned about weather-related travel interruptions.



🔥 GRILL



A gas grill is available for guest use. Please clean the grill after use and follow all posted safety instructions.
