Good location for beach goers. About a 2-block walk either direction to the beach. Nice beach chairs and towel availability. We stopped at a Walmart on the way in from TPA for provisions. Kitchen equipped for preparing meals. Unit is one of a few in the building and next to Gulf Ave and there periods of traffic and road noise, yet it was relatively quiet at night. There was no spring break revelry. Nice private deck. Nice shower, comfortable beds and furniture. Dwelling has Amazon Echo devices which we do not use personally at our home, so I simply unplugged them during our stay, then plugged them back in upon departure. Hope to come back again and would recommend this retreat to couples and small families.

Perfect Condo

Beth did an amazing job at creating a relaxing vacation condo. We had everything we needed for a great beach trip. She was great at communication and accommodated our early schedule. I’d definitely recommend this place to stay; I know we will be back for sure.

Comfortable and convenient

Exactly as advertised. Clean, updated, and well located. We really enjoyed the private deck. Restaurants, ice cream, park, and beach access are just a short walk. Host was very responsive. I recommend and would stay there again.

Great for a recharge!

Clean, well maintained, well decorated property close to the beach (1/2 a block away). Traffic was abysmal during rush hour. Unfortunately the next door property was under construction, so sleeping in during the week was a no go. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Beach Vacation

This is a beautiful place, newly renovated, that has all the comforts of home. It is a 5 minute walk to a lovely beach and there are many wonderful restaurants also within walking distance. The owners have done an outstanding job with this property and I hope to return to stay there again.

Exactly, if not better, than pictured! Great location, steps from the beach. Love the extra touches like Alexa in the living room and bedrooms, extra large bath towels, and beach items. Wish our trip was longer!

Clean, Modern, and Close to the Beach!

We truly enjoyed our 10 day stay here! This is a modern unit with great outdoor space. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable King size beds and adequate storage in closets. We loved the proximity to the beach:)

Thanksgiving retreat

The property is exactly as advertised. It feels brand new and it has great amenities (kitchen outfitted, laundry, entertainment, etc). The location was perfect for us with my family staying on the gulf and just a few minutes walk from us. The proximity of the Kooky Coconut was a plus! On the flip, if you need to drive, backing out onto Gulf Blvd is a challenge. On the downside, we rented this property because it takes dogs and the place my parents rented for our extended family did not. Unfortunately, our 14 year old lab passed away the week prior to our trip, which was too late to cancel the rental and recover any fees. I shared this news with the owner, that we would no longer have a dog with us and only 2 adults on the property. It would have been nice to get the pet fee refunded considering there no longer is a pet (adding insult to injury), but she didn’t even write me back. This came off rude to me, but maybe not other people. In general, I would stay here again. It was a nice property and a great location if you need a single level and don’t mind not having a water view. I would also hope that next year the construction next door that started at 7am with hammering and drilling wouldn’t be an issue.

Paradise

We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful stay. Beth’s property well kept and beautiful. She has modern furniture and amenities. We loved having access to beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler as well. The walk to the beach is easy and quick. Beth was also quick to respond to questions and offer suggestions for the area. We will definitely be back to stay in the future!

Great place to stay!

My best friend and I wanted a relaxing weekend away to celebrate our birthdays and this was the perfect spot. Neither of us had been to Indian Rocks before and now we can't wait to come back. The rental was in a fantastic location and had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. I can't recommend this spot enough!
