The beach view was perfect! The kitchen had everything needed to cook and prepare meals. Owners were very kind and easy to get in touch with. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Host was welcoming and this is exactly what I was looking for. I spent my mornings drinking my coffee and gazing at the beach from the screened in porch. When my teenagers woke up, we were close enough to Clearwater that it was easy for them to rent Jetskis and go deep sea fishing. My boys wanted adventure, and my daughter and I wanted relaxation, and this property met all of the needs. I would definitely return.
This was about a 7 minute drive away at Clearwater Beach.

The location and view of the beach were very convenient and beautiful. Also, very convenient for our dog. Great location to choose tourist activities in Clearwater and surrounding areas. Some areas in the unit need to be repaired and updated and I gave these suggestions to the property manager. The path from the parking lot to the unit was cumbersome having to go through two gates located in she pool area.

This property is the best I’ve ever stayed in at the beach and I’ve been taking beach vacations nearly 50 years. The closeness to the beach was absolutely wonderful! 25 steps to the sand. The screened back porch was beautiful and right on the beach. We had a couple of rainy days but having the screened porch made the rain no problem cause we were still “on the beach” … After a day on the beach, sipping a coffee on the porch until after dark with family was just the best! We stayed 6 nights and only wish I had booked 2 weeks! And now about the pool… right out the front door and kept up beautifully. Comfort beyond any where I’ve ever stayed and 2 full baths, large living room with comfortable seating. So peaceful and like your own private beach. The whole place was neat and clean as it could be. The kitchen was stocked with all comforts of cooking in your kitchen at home. Now about our hostess, Ms Lynda. Easy to talk to and returns calls and texts very quickly and our comfort and enjoyment of the stay was her main concern. I’m looking forward to coming back here next year or maybe possibly later this year. We will positively be back to this condo ASAP. To say I was 100% satisfied is not adequate. Thank you Ms Lynda… I can’t wait to book this condo again!

Perfect location and great property

This was our second stay at this property. It was even better than the first. Some remodeling has been done, and done well. The private beach and pool are wonderful! The location is close to anything you want to do.This place has all of the conveniences. It is so comfortable and relaxing you could spend your entire vacation just chilling here. And gorgeous sunsets, of course!

Heaven on earth

The place was immaculate and quiet. Everything was as listed. The pool in the front and beach in the back, made this ladies trip easy and everyone did their own thing. And the sunsets…. It felt like our home away from home.

Beach Heaven!

Loved the accessibility of this place! No stairs! Basically right on the beach and had a pool! Had breakfast every morning listening to the waves on the covered porch. Perfect spot for vacation!

Great condo on the beach

We loved staying here. Pool out the front door and the ocean out the back door - literally 50 steps from the beach We loved that the pool was a salt water pool . Condo was clean and comfortable with the feel of a beach cottage. The area is more residential so it was quiet and very relaxing. We especially loved the screened in lanai. my husband is handicapped and couldn't get to the beach but he really enjoyed sitting there and listening to the waves. We spent most of our condo time in the lanai. This place met all of our expectations and we hope to be able to come again soon.

Old time beach vacation

We loved the condo and the screened in patio was such a plus. My 81 year old mother spent most of her days out here. The pool was right out our front door. The gulf was in the back. My husband spent every day walking the beach or taking the chair out to sit. My mom and I could not get out to the beach as there are high dunes in front of it which is not stable for someone that walks w/ a walker or cane but kids and younger people should be ok. There is a charcoal grill and we used that to grill burgers and watch the sunset one evening. It’s definitely a quiet area compared to Clearwater and Indian Rocks which is exactly what we wanted. But if you’re looking for a big time party this place is not for you. All in all I would not mind staying here again
