I must admit I rarely provide reviews, but felt an obligation to provide a review given our recent experience at this property. We were excited to enjoy a family beach vacation together at this highly reviewed property with expectations for an ocean view unit. Upon our arrival to the Club Wyndham Clearwater Beach we encountered innumerable problems including delayed check-in, poor communication amongst the staff, our assigned unit not being consistent with that advertised, and our reassigned unit having food/dirt/stains on floor, and mold on the bedskirt. The owner and their representative were kind and apologetic when contacted with these concerns and directly contacted the management at the Club Wyndham at Clearwater Beach. Although management responded to clean the reassigned unit later that evening we then became aware of a bathtub that didn't work while trying to bathe our two small children late in the night. While trying to put the kids to bed we discovered their bedroom light did not work, and multiple wine bottles and trash remained in their room from a prior guest. Although staff were kind and pleasant when approached, they failed to follow through on several significant concerns during our stay. We had trash in front of our unit for over 4 days which remained at the time of check out. When discussing these continued concerns with the Club Wyndham representative at check out we were reassured a manager would contact us that day to address these ongoing concerns. This unfortunately did not occur, and continued in the same vein of this very disappointing experience.
