Ideal Location

The condo is beautiful, spacious and clean. The most well-stocked unit we have every stayed in. Communication before and during the trip were great. Beach and pool access could not be easier which was ideal with 3 kids under the age of 11. Amazing sunsets every night that are literally right outside the backdoor. The construction on the building did not bother us as far as noise goes but I will mention that there were support poles in the screened in porch that we did not anticipate. Per the owner, hopefully will be removed soon. We would definitely stay there again!

Lovely Waterfront Sunsets

We are a repeat customer. This is a lovely, clean waterfront condo on a great beach. Complex has shared pool with bathrooms. Walk out to beach access from screened in porch. Plenty of extra amenities that we didnt have to purchase when we got there (i.e. soaps, detergent, beach towels, sand toys...). Host is responsive, kind and accommodating. Thanks again.

Amazing place to vacation!

Property owners run a very nice and clean unit that is plenty spacious for a family of 4… walk out patio onto beach, nice pool and close to groceries, restaurants, etc. the beach is great and has a private owner access. Worth a look for sure!

Beautiful and spotless condo just 10 steps from paradise

Beautiful condo, SPOTLESS and very well cared for, has everything you need for the beach, day trips, cooking and more. They have coolers, beach chairs, sand toys, dvds, books, board games, and plenty of towels. They had absolutely every extra amenity we needed. My family of 6 loved staying here. The condo is very cutely decorated, has a fabulous living room area with a sectional which was great for hanging out, playing games and snuggling up for a movie. The beds are really comfortable. We loved keeping the sliding doors open on the master bedroom and living room (as they open to the screened in porch) and just listen to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. We really enjoyed morning coffee and breakfast on the porch while taking in the ocean views. Being on the first floor with direct access to the condo (ocean side) without going into the common area makes a big difference if you plan to spend a day on the beach and for morning and evening beach walks. We would easily run back and forth throughout the day without an hassle. Keith was very responsive and wonderful to work with. He is a person of integrity and does things right. I was really impressed by his response and approach to a beach chair that broke while we were there. Lots of delicious restaurants are within easy walking distance (our kids favorites was the ice cream shop with 140 different flavors). This is also a very safe area. I never felt uncomfortable walking the beach late at night.

Wonderful condo on beach

Great location- loved being on ground floor right on beach. What a treat. Condo was very clean and had everything we could want. Including lots and lots of towels. Pretty decor too. Great time was had by all.

Best vacation in years

We were blessed with near perfect weather and beach conditions. Thats the variable thats out of anyone's control. Crysral clear, warm, calm water. Beatiful! The condo was exactly as described. We really enjoyed being on the ground floor which is something we had never done before. We have kids, so we have to pack a bunch of stuff to the beach, boogie boards, skim boards, chairs umbrellas, etc. We always stayed in a high rise in Panama City Beach. We grew tired of waiting on elavators, and crowded beaches. This property in Indian Rock Beach was exactly what we were looking for. Easy beach access, not crowded, and clean. We'll definately be back.

Beach stay

Very nice condo located just steps from both the ocean and a pool. Beautiful views!. Nice location, walking distance to many restaurants, ice cream, and shops. The owner of the condo was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend staying here!

Great Condo

Cindy says she appreciated that everything was nice, new, and well-appointed. Good dishes! Karen says she loved that they had a great washer and dryer for swimsuits and beach towels. Glen says he liked being able to eat on the screened-in porch and still have a great beach view. Ken says he loved the quick access to either the beach or the pool.

Fantastic Property with walkout to the beach

This is a wonderful property, a corner unit with beach access right in front of the unit. The screened in porch was so nice, the daily breeze and views were exceptional. Very quiet, many units in the building but you would never know it while inside the property. Very well stocked for all of our needs for the beach and to prepare meals. Highly recommend, thanks for your hospitality, we will be back!

Lovely property and beach

This property is in a great location in IRB within walking distance of several restaurants. It’s also a great location within the building. You never have to use the elevator and 15 steps to the beach gate. The mattresses are comfortable and the kitchen is well set up for cooking on. We would love to stay here again sometime.

Clean and Comfortable

We stayed for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this location. The beach access couldn't be any closer. The place provided many comforts/extras that made our stay more convenient. The screened in porch was nice to hang out in at night since the bugs were kept out. Lovely patio outside to hang out and dry off after the beach or pool. There are many things to do in the area, lot's of great places to eat, a community pool/sauna and warm gulf waters to swim in (we found sand dollars!). The owners are responsive and kind. This home is exactly as described and my family had an amazing stay. It was hard to leave! We hope to come back soon.

Fantastic Apartment

Lovely spacious apartment that was spotlessly clean when we arrived - lots of towels, beach towels and beach toys. Amazing view onto the beach that meant we could see the sunset and walk to the water in a couple of minutes. The pool in the complex was also great and so close by. The owner was really speedy when I messaged with any questions so we couldn't fault it - would love to go back!

It has everything: on the beach, incredibly clean and everything you'd need at your fingertips

We spent two weeks in early January, 2022 and can highly recommend this truly lovely condo! The unit appears newly renovated, is well appointed, in pristine condition and very CLEAN. Very comfy beds, and the smart TVs are a bonus! The view from the screened back porch onto the gulf is amazing: beautiful sunsets from your porch (if you choose not to watch from the beach). The owners provide so many nice extras: extra sheets, towels (bath & beach), array of beach necessities (chairs, umbrellas, floats, toys), laundry, fully outfitted kitchen. First floor unit allows you to skip elevators (which we loved), and it also affords you the option of a ground floor outdoor patio, and you are steps from the beach gate. Tennis courts and pool are very nice. The condo is walking distance to several casual restaurants/bars/ice cream. It really is a perfect vacation spot. Thank you to the owners for sharing their condo with us!

Great place on the Gulf of Mexico

We loved this place. It was spacious, spotless, well appointed and sat ground level and a few feet from the sand. The sliding doors were immense, allowing a beautiful view of the gulf. Icing on the cake was a screened in porch which housed many beach toys, chairs, fishing gear, games, etc. Also, the porch had direct access down two steps to the patio and beach. Loved the private access so we could avoid the elevators or shared common space during a pandemic!

A beach condo with everything you'll need

My husband and I have rented quite a few condos/houses when we annually spend a month at Indian Rocks Beach, but this condo is by far the best equipped of all of them. It has a great selection of glasses, dishes, knives, blender, coffee maker, and pots and pans -- and they're NEW. There are lots of towels and beach towels, dispensers for soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the showers, beach chairs, and lots of beach toys. The location is fabulous, on the ground floor of Reflections on the Gulf, so you can walk out your door onto the trail to the beach. The beach is clean, the sand is soft and silky, and there are fewer beachgoers than at Clearwater Beach. Also lots of restaurants with good food nearby. To top it off, the landlord, Keith, is friendly and responds quickly to any problems. We'll definitely come back!

Great stay! Beautiful property! Very clean! Better than advertised! Vacation paradise!

Absolutely loved our time at this property. It was very clean throughout the condo. The fully stocked kitchen was great because we cook most of our meals and it had everything we needed. The first floor residence worked great for us as our oldest daughter is partially wheelchair bound. The owners, security staff and residents were very friendly and eager to help us out. The pool and jacuzzi were a great alternative for the beach. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Can’t say enough great things about our stay. Thank you!

great vacation

the property was very nice and clean the condo was excellent, it could have used a few more kitchen cook ware , clock, maybe a lock and key on the sliding door so you don't have to go through the lobby to get back into the unit .it would more convenient seeing it is ground level,other then that it was very nice and relaxing, and the sunsets were amazing.thank you
