The location was perfect!! No long hikes to water....just 60 secs from building to water. Peaceful and never crowded, stunning beach.The condo was gorgeous and very spacious! I loved that it was not all matchy matchy decor and instead seemed like someone's home with many beautiful pieces of art as well as gorgeous furniture. The balcony was like sitting over the beach. Incredible sunsets! It was everything we wanted. Loved having the parking spot underneath building which kept car cool. Lyle was very easy to communicate with as well.

Considering the area had major hurricane the year prior. The area is amazing! My only negative comment is the building elevator. Thought it did work. It worried me every time I got in it!

Lyle was great at communicating with us right from the start! The condo was lovely and exactly as pictured. Very fun and unique art work throughout. The views were nothing short of spectacular! Great location for a morning or evening stroll…or playing/relaxing at the beach with incredible sunsets! Definitely hope to come back and would highly recommend this property for your stay in Indian Shores.

Beautiful spot right on the beach. Lots of amenities. Owner was very communicative. Nice location if you want to enjoy a fairly quiet vacation on the beach, but within plenty of good restaurants within a couple of miles.

We just spent a month at this condo and it was wonderful. The owner responded to any questions we may have had, it was furnished beautifully ,and stocked with everything you need to have a great vacation. It was clean, it was comfortable, and had the very best views of the Gulf of Mexico ! We enjoyed the deck, often eating our lunch outside and the beach is the best for long walks in the morning and sitting in beach chairs in the evening to catch beautiful sunsets! Great property, can’t wait to come back!

We had a few hiccups only because of the previous storm. However, The owner was excellent and quick to respond. If you want views of the water, this condo will not disappoint. Unbelievable sunsets and amazing views from the balcony.The condo is spacious and so close to the beach, you feel like you’re on a cruise ship as you look out the window. We enjoyed exploring northbound to Clearwater and southbound to St. Pete making this a an excellent location! Thank you to the owner for helping to make our stay enjoyable.

This is an awesome place to stay!! The elevator was broken due to the storm, the owner of the unit called to let us know before we arrived, he give a discount fit to having to climb the stairs🤪 The place was clean, great view. There was a gift upon arrival, I hated so bad we left it behind by mistake!! These owners are so accommodating!!♥️♥️

This is our second stay at this condo. It is in the perfect location in Indian Shores. There are many restaurants in the surrounding area but we also enjoyed staying in and preparing food (the kitchen is well equipped). Our favorite part of the condo is the balcony... we enjoyed having a cup of coffee in the morning while watching the beach come to life and end the evening with a cocktail as the sun set! Lyle has put a lot of thought into making this condo a sanctuary for anyone wanting to get away. We will definitely visit again!

We absolutely loved this condo and the location. The decor, furniture, and appliances are all top notch! The view and beach was perfect and not crowded. The location felt very safe and close to everything. The host, Lyle, had great communication and even checked in with us before tropical storm/hurricane Debby hit to reassure us with the safety of the condo and building during the storm. We will definitely be back!
