Great views from decks! Good use of beach equipment provided. Owners very responsive. Saw variety of water birds and a manatee! Hope to visit again.

I chose this place for it's location, but also for the porch, which did not disappoint. It is very large and we spent a lot of time sitting out there during our week. The owners Dave and Carrie were so great during our stay. I've also never stayed at a rental which provided so much in the way of paper products, soaps, coffee/teas, towels and beach gear. In fact, they offer a lot of extra which are not mentioned in their descriptions and totally should be. The beach is very pretty and not crowded like some of the areas that border it.

Our vacation was incredible because of this beach house. The view and short walk to the beach were so helpful with children. The beach house was clean and had everything you needed. The host was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!!

My kiddos and I stayed at this location during July 4th. The fireworks were amazing. This is an excellent location. Only about 5 miles from several activities. We went to lots of amazing restaurants. We also booked an escape room and spent several hours on the beach. The beach is just a few steps from the rental. The place has lots of extras including spices for the kitchen, beach toys for the kids, beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, a wagon to take your stuff to the beach, and 2 coolers. There was also a kayak and two paddle boards. We had such a wonderful experience. If you are trying to decide between this rental and another one, look no further. This is an excellent place.

This was the perfect get away for our family. We had plenty of space and they provide all the beach items needed. We were pleased with the views from the 2 decks and private area. The place is very soundproof as well. It was clean and cool when we arrived. 10+ overall! Thank you

The condo was beautiful. The view was breathtaking. Great location, within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The host has thought over everything. They had beach gear and anything we needed. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your property. It was a vacation we'll never forget.

This was a full month rental stay.... Parking was Hell! Unit located on a blind curve, hard to see oncoming traffic and had to back out into the sidewalk at times...watch out pedestrians and bikers. Stairs, two hugh flights. One into the unit itself from the carport to the living room/kitchen area and another flight to the bedrooms. The furniture throughout the unit was substandard. Large pests on all floors. And we were required to take the trash bins to the curb, twice a week And this was an EXPENSIVE rental, we expected better! The Host was GREAT, however we will not be coming back here.

House is great, Location Great! Only complaint is when I contacted the property manager to tell the our Ac was not working their answer was something like “Oh yeah that’s not good” with no plan to come in and repair it! My next message was not answered! We have older people in our group and this is absolutely unacceptable!!!
