We had a wonderful stay at this rental with our family of six, ranging from college-aged kids to elementary and junior high. The layout was perfect—plenty of space to spread out, yet great areas to spend time together.The location was fantastic, with an easy walk to the beach, and the beach supplies provided were excellent. The chairs were high-quality and easy to carry, the wagon was very useful, and the umbrella worked great. Having the pool in the backyard was also a big plus for the younger kids to enjoy between beach trips.Communication with the owner was easy and effective, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like paper products, spices, and condiments that made our stay simple and stress-free. Overall, this rental exceeded our expectations and made for a fantastic family vacation.

The house was very clean and comfortable. Property was located close to all the action without being impacted by traffic or noise. Neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The only negative is that the elevator was not working during our entire stay. This made it difficult for my elderly mother-in-law to fully enjoy the amenities of the house.

Summer Vacation

The house is amazing and has everything you would ever think of needing plus! The kitchen is stocked with anything you need to cook a nice dinner. All spices, coffee, Tupperware included. Beach chairs and bikes in excellent conditions. Would rebook this house in a minute.

The house was truly beautiful and well stocked. i have never rented a home that had everything you could possibly need. We had a wonderful time with people from the age of 11 yr. to 75 yrs. Hope to come back.

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful town home. They thought of absolutely everything - a luxurious "home away from home". Very clean, nicely decorated, beautiful views and perfect location 5 minute walk to Clearwater Beach. We sipped our coffee out on the balcony every morning being entertained by the birds and a dolphin swam right up to the dock.Would definitely stay here again!

Gem of a house

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very well appointed, clean, and as advertised. The owner was very easy to communicate with and very responsive.There was plenty of room for our family of six and we enjoyed this stay very much. We brought paddle boards and were able to launch them right outside the back of the house. We highly recommend this property.

Amazing place to stay!

My family was so happy with this place.The views are incredible.We saw dolphins right outside our balcony.They had lots of supplies for us to use.Like phone charges,beach towels,umbrellas,wagon,everything you’d need in the kitchen.It was nice to have washer/dryer.Place was very clean.The master suite was gorgeous.We enjoyed evenings on the roof top also.Elevator was very handy.Bonus room downstairs was great.Plenty of room for family of 6.It’s just a short walk to the beach,restaurants and shops.We will definitely stay here again!

An absolutely beautiful place to stay. Everything you need to enjoy a relaxing time is provided. Location is phenomenal as we walked everywhere we went. So many great restaurants and places to see. Beautiful rooftop deck was a great place to relax and unwind after a long day. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Clearwater. Glori and her family are great hosts certainly made us feel welcome in their home.

Our family of 6 really enjoyed our vacation at this property! The location was fantastic, and it really had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. Fantastic amenities in the house as well. Being able to walk right from the pool back into the house was a plus as well. 10/10 and I would highly recommend the property to others.

Perfect Family Spring Break Getaway!

Our family had an unforgettable spring break vacation in March at this beautiful 3-level townhome in Clearwater Bay. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained accommodations—it truly felt like a home away from home!One of our favorite features was the gorgeous rooftop patio, complete with a cozy fire table and comfortable furniture. It was the perfect place to unwind in the evenings while our kids hung out and made friends with other families staying in the surrounding units. It created such a warm, community feel that made our trip even more special.The location couldn’t have been better. We were just a short walk to the stunning white sand beach, delicious restaurants, and great fishing spots. Every day was filled with fun and adventure, and the perfect weather made it even better.The area was clean, safe, and super walkable—we never had to go far to find something fun to do or something great to eat. This townhome had everything we could’ve asked for and more, and we’re already looking forward to coming back next year!Highly recommend!

Well appointed!

This condo has it all! We’ve stayed in many condos in Clearwater but this one is our favorite. We’re beach goers so the large cart, beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, and awesome umbrella was a huge hit for us. Loved the bicycles. The owners didn’t a fantastic job furnishing the condo. So many little extras. You won’t be disappointed!

Winter getaway

We had an amazing time in Florida. The house had everything you needed during your stay. It was very clean and clean well supplied. We enjoyed the easy walking access to the beach and restaurants. The hosts were amazing and very responsive to any questions.
