The condo was clean and well stocked. Checking in was a breeze and the host was very proactive about reaching out to make sure everything was in order. The one flaw was that the hot tub was drained the entire week and the pool could have used some TLC. Aside from that our stay was amazing and we would definitely visit again!

Loads of conveniences

This was a fantastic unit with lots of space in a building with less than 25 units (I'm estimating). Having designated parking was a perk so we weren't stressed about finding parking on a crowded lot when we came in. There's a central elevator in addition to the open stairway, which made it easy to move in for the week, make trips to the beach, etc. The storage locker in the garage was another amenity that made a big impact for us. There were umbrellas, chairs, floaties, sand toys, ball and gloves, pool noodles, basically anything you could need. Beach towels were waiting for us in the condo. All of these things were wonderful conveniences since we were flying for vacation. For the condo itself, when they say spacious, they mean it! A lot of places that say they sleep 6 cram you in, but that would not be the case here. There were only 3 of us who stayed, but there was more than enough room. We made use of the fully stocked kitchen and all the appliances throughout the week. Everything was clean and the owners were excellent about communicating to provide info and responded quickly to answer any questions we had. Check in and out couldn't have been simpler. We didn't even have to strip the beds! Will absolutely look to rent this wonderful spot again.

Beach break from Maine winter

Condo was spacious compared with some others we have stayed. Kitchen was well stocked. Indian rocks beach is a hidden gem (at least to me). The beach was great for walking.plenty of restaurants nearby. I might suggest new pillows for the master BR.

Beautiful condo! So impressed with cleanliness and amenities. Unit was spotless with extra amenities such as trash bags, toilet paper, kleenex , hand soap, dish soap, etc. I always pack extra items and so much was included. Loved the extra parking passes for guests. Owner was extremely accomidating and replyed quickly to inquires. She is a true hostess!! Would love to visit again next summer. Thank you so much for allowing us to experience this gem!

Amazing place!

We stayed at oceanway with our family members. We each had our own units, out of all the units ours was super nice and clean!! Linda, was very nice and prompt getting back to us when we had issues with our locker. I can’t say enough about how clean this place was!!! We will definitely be booking here next year for vacation!

Perfect getaway

Condo was spacious and clean. Everything convenient and handicap accessible for a wheelchair. Linda was very responsive to some questions and a few issues we had. . Plenty of beach chairs and other items.

Place is beyond clean. Owner keeps this place top notch.

Property is an excellent condition, we could tell that owner really takes care of this place. It’s very spacious, located right on the beach and most importantly it is extremely clean. Building itself is clean. Kitchen is stacked with absolutely everything you need from paper products down to first aid kit. Condo located in very nice neighborhood with excellent choice of restaurants.

A Delightful Gem!

The condo is beautiful, well appointed, very clean, spacious and the location is perfect. The owners have thoughtfully stocked it with many amenities. Just a FYI, the twin bedroom has no windows and the thermostat is not to be set any lower than 72 degrees, although visiting in January it was not an issue. Linda was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Linda's place provided us with a delightful and relaxing vacation. I highly recommend this condo.

Wonderful Experience!

We had a wonderful week from the moment we opened the door to Linda's beautiful condo to the moment we had to close the door behind us. Wonderful beach access (and Linda provided all the beach essentials!) and the pool and hot tub were great additions! The location was great being with restaurants within walking distance and on the bus/trolley line. Looking forward to visiting again!

Rekindle, relax and recharge

We had such a wonderful stay in this well maintained and well equipped condo. We didn't want for anything, the owner thought of everything. Very clean and an excellent kitchen. Linda is the best! Completely enjoyed renting from her and would do so again.

Beautiful area

Great place! Owner was very nice and checked in with us to make sure our stay was good. Kitchen faucet broke first night we arrived, we contacted her next day and she was on it! Loved that we could walk to restaurants or cook. We had a wonderful stay!

Home away from home

We rented this property for a family get away with our small children. First, the property owner, Linda, reached out to ensure we had everything we needed. Communication from the start was accurate and as described with ample instructions on the property, WiFi, amenities.... the property sat on the beach and was perfect for us to walk back and forth as needed for naps. The property was fully stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need in a home away from home. Cleanliness—wow! I am always apprehensive about traveling and how clean the accommodations are. Linda’s team is outstanding. I was so impressed. Additionally, this property is perfectly located to some nice dining options within walking distance and many others in just a short walk. We would definitely recommend this property and will try to stay here again on future trips!

Perfect!

My family of three, myself and two teenage daughters, spent our spring break at Linda’s condo in Indian Rocks Beach. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. The condo was spacious, very tastefully decorated, exceptionally clean and was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, from the kitchen to the beach! We were steps to the beach and local dining. Just a short drive to Busch Gardens and Clearwater Beach. Linda was so easy to work with and made sure we had all the information we needed for our trip. She even checked in with us to make sure everything was okay and we were comfortable. I’m so glad we decided to stay here, it was a fantastic vacation. Would very highly recommend and I’m hopeful we can stay again soon! Thank you Linda, everything was great!!

Great for family vacation

We spent our family spring break at Indian Rocks Beach and couldn't have had a better experience at the condo. It was exceptionally clean, the location was perfect for beach, dining and other activities, and the pool was a great option when the kids got sick of the beach.

Savor the Sunset!

My family was so pleased with Linda's condo on the beach. The condo was so spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and on the beach! We could hear the neighbors on the third floor, but that is to be expected when you are on the second floor. The beach was spectacular, and we especially enjoyed the sunsets each evening. The beach location was perfect as it was not crowded. Linda responded quickly to my questions while we were there. We hope to visit again soon!

Beautiful Condo

We had an amazing stay! Linda’s condo is beautiful! The pictures do not do it justice. Large living room, fully stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and a large deck to enjoy your morning coffee. The location is perfect! A short walk to watch the beautiful ocean sunsets on the white sandy beach. Conveniently located near many great restaurants. Love that Linda provided names of restaurants and shopping in the area. So happy with our stay and will definitely be returning.
