Great stay! We enjoyed being right on the wide beach, walking about 2-3 blocks to the start of Clearwater Beach commerce, the heated pool, and the playground right across the street for the kids! Unit was spacious, as each group had their own BR and bath. Beautiful sunsets from the deck! The entire building was very clean. Nearby beachy restaurants were very walkable.

very spacious clean condo with everything you need. Great view of the beach. Appreciated the use of the beach, chairs and umbrellas. Nice heated pool and gym area. It would be better if the 35 per day parking fee was included in the price quote, but other than that really enjoyed the stay.

Perfect for our girls weekend to celebrate a friend’s 40th Birthday. Stunning views from our 6th floor balcony, and the beach was easily accessible. Top notch communication, and staff were super helpful with anything we needed. We look forward to staying here again!

We loved our stay at The Avalon - everything was exactly as we’d hoped! There was plenty room to spread out for our group of 6 ladies, an excellent view of the beach, and comfortable beds. The lobby staff was friendly and helpful and checked in with us a couple of times a day during our stay. It was nice to have garage parking and access to beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. The location was excellent as even with being on the Northern end of Mandalay Ave, everywhere we wanted to go was very walkable. I can’t think of anything we’d change and we will definitely stay here again when our plans bring us back to Clearwater.

Our unit was spectacular ! Oceanfront view. Watching the sunset from our balcony every evening. Clean everything you could want or need. Housekeeping staff super accommodating. Front desk was awesome. ( Betty was there every an when we checked out towels and chairs) Location was perfect. Close to palmPavilion to eat lunch and dinner. Reefers for breakfast and or bloodys and espresso martinis late morning if we wanted. Walked everywhere for dinner. We will be back for sure!

The Condo is very spacious. The photos were accurate. Unobstructed view of the ocean in every bedroom. The facilities on site are very clean.They have beach chairs and umbrellas available as well as towels. The beach chairs are functional, but are a bit outdated. They were rather cumbersome to transport to the beach across the parking lot, overall it was a great location. We would return in the future.

Incredible place. Very clean and well equipped. It was huge and the individual bathrooms per bedroom were perfect (6 adults). stunning views across the beach Very close to everything. (Beach / restaurants / shops) We parked the car and walked everywhere for the 4 days And the staff were amazing. So friendly, accomodating and engaged.

Great location, 1/2 block off a wonderful beach. VERY clean unit. Quiet area. Staff friendly. Three bedrooms each with its own bathroom. AC worked great, except a little warm in the third bedroom. Walking distance to shops & restaurants. Appliances were OK (i.e. dishwasher ran a really long time & dishes didn’t all get clean, oven took forever to heat up, not all burners worked well). It was a great place for us to stay since it was clean, quiet, and steps to the beach. Would rent again if we return.

Bach party beach stay!!

We were really blown away by this place! It was perfect for a bachelorette party and the balconies were incredible! I highly recommend staying here. While chairs and umbrellas were supplied, they definitely could be updated for sure.

Perfect all around. Room was huge with 3 big bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths was perfect. Beautiful views. Hotel staff was super friendly and nice. Can walk to tons of shops and restaurants. Loved that they had all the chairs, umbrellas and towels you would need.

I’m absolutely perfect property! The views were in incredible. The condo was spacious and immaculate and the staff was generous and professional! Every year we have a girls weekend to the West Coast and we will definitely be booking this property again!
