Everything was clean and tidy. The view is exactly as shown in the photo. I appreciated being out of the direct sun in the mornings so I didn't overheat while having my coffee outside. I suspect this would change based on the time of year. Kitchen was well appointed for our stay.We enjoyed the closet with chairs, pool noodles and other things to help us enjoy the beach.In unit laundry was great and so appreciated. Note to start a load before bedtime since the laundry is in a large closet in the primary bedroom, as it can get a little noisy. The building is conveniently located and an easy drive to many popular areas (St. Pete, Clearwater).

We enjoyed our stay! Mattresses were comfy and unit was clean. Great location also. Plumbing in the hallway bathroom gave us some trouble on more than one occasion, and bathrooms could use more soaps and towels. The smart tv in the bedroom kept having trouble connecting to internet, no big deal though because we were beat from the sun and slept like a rock. Management was great at getting back to us. This is a great unit!

Very clean and comfortable furniture. We stayed for a week and Dishwasher tablets were supplied and washing machine detergent and dryer sheets. The entire condo was immaculate lots of dishes, silverware and coffee maker. Would stay again!

This condo has a great view of the ocean. The location is unbeatable, situated directly across the street from charming local restaurants. It’s the perfect scenic retreat for anyone wanting comfort and easy access to great food. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay!

Great location! Unit could use some updates with paint, ceiling in second bathroom etc. but overall it was nice. Beds in second room are not super comfortable but it was a place to stay. I would stay here again, just know going in it is not 5 star.

the condo is big and nice for 6 people. However the listing indicated there is Visitor parking available and there isn't. So if you have 2 cars, its sort of a problem. In addition, the beautiful pool for reasons unknown was not open. I did get a refund promised but you might want to inquire if the pool is available.

Booking and check-in process was very smooth. Location was easy find and surrounded by several restaurants within walking distance. Unit was incredibly spacious and clean. Would recommend to others looking for a stay in Madeira Beach!

Great Location, Beach Access, Gulf View

Nice condo right on the beach as seen in the pictures. Great beach access right outside the condo with cabanas available to rent. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, grocery store etc with John's Pass just down the street. Comfortable beds. Clean but with some permanent glass bottom stains on coffee table and end table in living area which made it look dirty but surfaces were actually clean. Adequate dishes etc. but no spices etc.Overall a bit dated with the furnishings. Limited beach supplies with no umbrella and only 3 beach towels for a condo right on the beach which can easily sleep 4 - 6 guests (Didn't make sense). Cabanas available to rent right on the beach. Excellent communication and prompt response from management company (iTrip).

Perfect Stay on the Beach!

Our Madeira Beach vacation was incredible! We stayed in a beautiful condo on the beach, just as depicted on Verbo. It had everything we needed - 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, laundry facilities, and beach items that came in handy. The beds were comfortable, and the condo was spotless. We would definitely book again on a return trip!

We were very disappointed in this rental it was very dated and dirty. Things didn't work or was not up to par. the white ceiling fan was was so dirty it was black around the edges. The bathroom had mold on the wall behind the toilet, The caulk around the tub was also mold. The under rim of both toilets was gross, the maintenance crew spent almost an hour trying to clean and was not able to get clean. The tile floors were so dirty if you walked barefoot your feet were black. We have rented another unit in the building and it was very nice and clean.

Unit wasn’t very well equipped - no extra towels, bed linens or blankets and kitchen lacked storage containers and most everything was odd random pieces of glassware. Beach chairs falling apart. Gurgling bathroom sink nonstop due to humidifier. Mattresses in back bedroom need to be replaced. Not what we expected for the money spent!

Great condo

Beachfront. What else do you need? Spacious condo for 3 adults in separate beds. Other units may have a wider view but the view from this unitis still awesome. Clean condo with everyting you need. I would stay again.
