Adecuado
En general es un buen hotel, sin embargo esta un poco anticuado, especialmente en las áreas comunes. Las habitaciones son cómodas pero una de ellas tenia olor a cigarrillo. Es un poco costoso para la relación precio - calidad pero en el área generalmente ese es el comportamiento.

The first two times we stayed was pretty good, the 3rd time was not so great. The entry door had a 12 inch gap towards the side bottom of the door, you could see a lot of light going out to the hallway. The light switch as you entered did not turn on lights. The king size bed had a terrible noise when you got into bed and Everytime I tossed it squeaked and popped. Kept me up most the night . Otherwise everything else was good.

The property is located around the corner from the airport. That was great, but because there is an island in the street yiu can only turn right when exiting. Fine if your going that way but its a long way to make a u-turn.

We stayed for one night at this lovely hotel. We were catching an early flight and the staff were so kind to pack us a take away bag with goodies for breakfast. They have shuttle service to the airport. The place was beautiful and will book there again if staying near Clearwater. Picture on expedia do not show how nice this place is.

This was a good hotel. The two drawbacks for me were, the hot tub was barely warm which was very disappointing for me and the bed wasn't the most comfortable. Otherwise it was a decent hotel.

Was very impressed with this hotel. From having a clean room every day to hot breakfast and great attentive staff this hotel has surpassed all our expectations and made our stay in clearwater very memorable. Highly recommended!

Loved this hotel for its cleanliness, happy and professional staff, all the nice amenities (shuttle and my bag breakfast, because I had an early flight). It is very conveniently located near the airport. Even though right next to the run way, no noise impact. My ONLY issue was no hot water for my shower early the next morning. Ouch!!!!

We stayed for 1 night. The room was excellent! It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and well equipped. The parking is a pain if there is not enough room to park out front. The breakfast was terrible and not edible. The eggs and sausage were so dried out and looked so bad we didn’t even try. The biscuits were like bricks. MacDonalds was a much better option for breakfast.

This isn’t the Ritz Carlton, but the hotel is very well managed, clean, and beds were super comfortable. Will definitely stay here in future trips.

Loved the citrus water in the lobby!! Did not like the shower leaking all over the bathroom. When talk to staff about it they just said it is a bad design and blew it off. The staff was very nice!!

Upon arrival, check-in was swift and easy. The staff member who checked me in was very welcoming. The hotel is a little run down (scratched up/stained furniture) and in need of some repairs. This was expected due to the rate and availability during spring break season. Upon check out, I asked for a printed receipt. The woman at the desk printed a receipt with no information on it at all. Name and room number only - not even the check in/out dates. I needed a receipt for my expense report for work, and that wouldn't cut it. She told me that I would have to get a receipt from Expedia because I reserved through them. I did not pay Expedia, I paid at the hotel at check-in. I insisted further that I needed a receipt. After claiming to have texted with the hotel manager, she printed a receipt which showed full detail. Not sure why such a hassle for a simple receipt. After all, the departure list on the desk showed more detail than the first receipt I was given. I'll stay elsewhere next time. Oh yeah, complete overkill on the air freshener they are spraying in the lobby.
