Very nice. Clean, very secure. I think our only thing was we just aren’t used to such a firm mattress. Other than that the view was beautiful and the beach was very clean.

Condo on the beach

Great property manager at Long Key Vacation rentals and a wonderful condominium. The view was amazing and the beach was right there. Saw dolphins twice. Couldn't ask for a nicer place.

gorgeous views with high end amenities

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The whole condo and surrounding area was extremely clean. We did nightly walks to the little stores and restaurants that were close by and used the very clean gym daily. Great area, close to Clearwater, St Pete, and boardwalks… but i could have spent every day just enjoying what the condo offers.

Best views

The CBC condo was exactly as described and more. It was very clean and cozy. It had all the amenities and more. We just had to show up with clothes and food and we were set for the week. The view from the 14th floor was amazing. The atmosphere was calm and quiet. Would definitely come back to this condo in the future.

Very nice home away from home

The condo was nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. It had plenty of nice linens and places to store clothing. It was very clean. The showers were great. The balcony views are wonderful. The management company was efficient with responses to questions and any concerns.

Perfect for R & R!

We had just returned from an international trip and needed rest and relaxation. This lovely condo was exactly what we were hoping for, it was well supplied. The furnishings comfortable and the colors are soft and peaceful. The gentle sound of gulf waters rhythmically rolling onto shore refreshed us. The view from the floor was outstanding, the lights of Clearwater in the distance sparkled at night. We had the option of dining at numerous, outstanding restaurants nearby or prepare food we purchased from a nearby Publix in the units completely ordered kitchen. Everything needed for a beach stay is in the home away from home except your bathing suit. The clubhouse gym, sauna, whirlpool and steam room and walking in the beach add extra health benefits. Definitely a condo we would love to return to in the future.

Clearwater getaway

Came to this beautiful beach to get some sunshine. Wonderful white sand, hard packed and easy to walk on. Had a couple of days that were windy which deposited lots of shells on the beach. Found 10 sand dollars! Close to the small strip mall to walk to. Several nearby places to eat and shops. Easy drive to the circle.

First Getaway after Covid

This was our first trip away since Covid. This property was perfect for us. The beach was not crowded. The pool was warm and beautiful. The condo was clean, everything we needed, exactly as advertised. The weather for the last week of May was perfect.

Beach & Sunsets Awesome

The location was great and 14th floor was awesome to view the sunsets and the gulf. The condo could use a little updating with more comfortable living room furniture. Overall Great Experience and would highly recommend.

Very Nice

Much better than I expected. We stayed for one week. Since this is the only condo building on Sand Key allowing rentals less that 3 months, I expected crowds. Not so. The building seemed mostly empty. I guess the smowbirds mostly arrive after Xmas. The pool was mostly empty. Once I shared it with another couple. The beach was also empty except for an occasionaly beachcomber strolling by. We ate all meals on the balcony which also had 2 comfy zero grvity chairs.

Relaxing stay. Great property!

This unit is as advertised. Clean, properly supplied, stunning views, excellent pool area and great access to a quiet beautiful beach. Pay no attention to any negative reviews. Obvious agenda! Would rent again in a minute!!

Perfect for a quiet vacation

The property has everything you need for the perfect QUIET getaway. The gym and sauna is the perfect place to start your day. The beach and pool are a great way to spend your afternoon. The large balcony is the best place to watch the sunset. We would love to come back again.

Stunning and Serene!

We were very pleased with our vacation experience at this property. From our contact, Sue, to all staff and other renters/residents around us, everyone was pleasant and courteous. The property is as described and pictures are accurate. Our primary home is in another well known vacation city and state but my husband and I will be back to this area and this condo for our personal R and R. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy this gem!

Beautiful Ocean Front Property

My retired friends and I rented this condo in September and enjoyed staying at this lovely and clean property! It had everything we needed including a beautiful balcony and view!! Up the road within walking distance was a plaza that fulfilled our needs since we didn’t rent a car!
