Fin de semana en San Pete beach
El check in muy bien. Las instalaciones muy bonitas y el servicio bueno. Lo único que no nos gusto fue la limpieza de las habitaciones. La bañera estaba sucia y las alfombras de los pasillos también.

El hotel es un poco viejo y descuidadas las áreas, la cama y las almohadas son realmente malas, la habitación es básica, la arreglan todos los días, las instalaciones del hotel tienen muchas ventajas está frente a la playa, que es muy limpia aunque había vegetación muy alta y descuidada, las piscinas estaban funcionando y el area era agradable al igual que el area para comer y los juegos sobretodo al atardecer, las toallas están bien tienes varias máquinas disponibles. La relación precio valor me pareció malo, te cobran muchas cosas adicionales, como las sillas de playa 25$ cada una, 25$ por noche por el parking nocturno, entre otros impuestos y taxes. Dependiendo de lo que busques es aceptable.

Lo mejor es que esta sobre la playa, lo que hace facil el acceso. Las piscinas estan impecables. Lo que no me gusto es que para usar sillas de playa o sombrillas hay que hacer un pago adicional.

La ubicacion es excelente muchas actividades en el hotel la playa musica en vivo la comida excelente servicio y trabajadores del hotel excelente lo que pienso que las habitaciones deberian renovarlas pintarlas y renovar el aire acondicionado solo eso no estuvo como esperabamos lo demas todo excelente fueron 3 dias maravilloso,volveriamos por seguro y lo recomendariamos tambien

Me parece muy caro, para lo que brindan maneje más de 8 horas y el hotel no me gusto, muy rica la playa pero el hotel muy costoso para lo que brindan

Nuestros precios están en línea con propiedades similares en esta área, y creemos que ofrecemos un buen valor dada nuestra ubicación central y amplias instalaciones. Sinceramente esperaba más de éste Hotel, teniendo la categoría de "resort" ofrecen muy poco por su precio! La comida en los restaurantes no es muy buena la verdad. El servicio en los restaurantes y barras es indiferente, te atienden porque les toca... no me pareció que por el precio que pague tuviera que pagar hasta por las sombrillas en la playa! Tiene la categoría de "Resort" pero en realidad parece que estuvieras en un Day's inn!

Well we paid good money for a suite. It had old furniture..No light above the small kitchen. No table and chairs in the corner when there is room for someone to sit Only 2 chairs on the patio.. The floors are new tile and nice.. The caulk job in the bathroom looked a Kindergartner did it... Carpet in the hall looked like someone dunped wet dirt on it. Needs replaced NO Doubt.. The fire alarm went off for NO reason at 1 am so with a Knee replacement I got to go down 7 flights on stiars.. They did give back some cost for that

Horrible!! I can’t even start to talk about my frustrations because it would take a book. I live here & yet had to go home for the weekend because they were awful. Would not recommend this place to anyone!! 😑

We enjoyed our stay here. The pool and bar area was nice and relaxing. We ordered food from the restaurant. Food was good but took almost an hour to get.Right on the beach. Saw the sun set every night we were there. We paid for the beach view which was nice, but was just higher up than the other rooms so you could see the beach. Not actually facing directly towards the beach. No balcony to go out on just the view. The room has a large living room and separate bedroom. One thing that was not clear to me, there is an additional resort fee and separate parking fee. So, two additional fees which are paid when you check in.

I just returned from a 4 day stay at this resort and it was not what I expected. The area is amazing and the beach was absolutely beautiful, however there were several issues with the resort. First of all, I knew about the resort charges, however they were more than Expedia quoted, also they charged $25 a day for parking which was not expected. Secondly, I was placed in a room which was located on the same floor that their staff lives on. There were two different occasions when the workers next door to us tried to open the adjoining door to our room and even knocked on the door several times. I have 3 teenage children who didn’t feel safe. Also, the hotel allows their staff to use their pool and hot tub and on two occasions during my stay, the off duty staff members were listening to loud music and vaping marijuana. I stay in St. Pete every year and I have stayed at several of the area resorts and unfortunately this was the worst!

Sirata was a great resort within walking distance to many things in addition to the community rides via golf cart sun runner and trolly . The resort itself was clean right on the beach and the staff so friendly. The pools were phenomenal and the beach pristine . It looked like they were updating some rooms at the time which will be nice to see next time we come !

The property is in desperate need of a renovation. The carpet is filthy. A drunk homeless woman was washing her dirty clothes in the hot tub while I was trying to relax. Mind you, this is a “resort” and you’re supposed to be a paying guest to use the amenities. There are much better options for around the same price point. Avoid this place.

We live the family feel. We stayed at another local popular resort for many years until the family feel changed. I’m glad we tried the Sirata. The only cons: the parking fee on top of the resort fee is a bit much. Others include them together for less. The hammocks are great but kids have ruined most so they need to be fixed. If you want to relax in hot tub you have to hope it’s not inundated by pre teens & teenagers. The resort is beautiful, pools well maintained, great convenience store. Close to everything. We visit every few months!!!!

Was very disappointed- our first time staying here, won’t be back. 3 night stay and was not worth the $$ was way over priced for a room that needs a lot of updates - Room floor was very dirty I cleaned with a white towel and it was black after I wiped it -and the floor was warped from previous water damage , the closet door tracking all rusted and gross, the bed frames and table legs rusted - the sink was not clean- the cleaning lady total missed us on second day - the sliding door to lanai was not closing well very hard to lock - just very poor for the amount of money we paid which was a lot- plus our room was on the corner by the pool and bar was very noisy and multiple times had people trying to open our door thinking it was a bathroom!! No not a good time.

We booked a beachfront suite- NOT BEACHFRONT! There is a courtyard and building between your room and the ocean. Staff didn’t care to make it right. Rooms are spacious but dated. Floors in the room were disgusting. Turn your feet black when you walk on them.

They charge ( like all resorts I guess) all these additional fees- not disclosed easily before booking. 40 bucks a day " resort fee"? 25 bucks a day parking? All these additional taxes not disclosed when booking. We probably will do an air BNB next time to Florida. What a rip - off

We used to love staying at the Sirata but since it’s new ownership the quality has declined and the prices have gone up. Basically the resort fee includes towels and that’s it. Unfortunately we won’t be coming back.

The rooms are dirty! Dirt on curtains and stain on couch. When you order food plan to wait almost an hour due to short staff. Not worth the price especially what they charge for parking and resort fees.

I grew up on St. Pete Beach and come back almost every year to stay with my family and to visit with my family who live in the area. We stayed at the Alden for years before it was purchased by Tradewinds and have been looking for a new favorite place to stay. We really liked the Sirata resort itself- the pool by Rum Runners and the bar staff were great. What we didn’t like was that we got hit for fees after paying for the room, like the $40/ night resort fee (which did include use of bikes, pool towels and guest laundry, but not much more) and a $25/car parking fee, which added another $700-800 to our total bill. I was also a little disappointed in our “beachfront view”, which overlooked a large roof just below our balcony. Due to the expense we will look for another place to stay next time.
