Home was spacious for our family of 5 adults and 4 kids. The location was easy to find and the beach access was great. We loved not having to drive to a beach. The kids had a so much fun! We used the Baby Quip rental as suggested on the VRBO site (they were fantastic), however, most of the items we rented were already at the house, beach toys, pack n play, and safety gate. I asked about these items prior to renting and was told it’s not the host’s responsibility to provide baby items. My suggestion for improving would be, there are 3 floors and not a single handrail - not great for an older adult or young child. There were minor repairs needed like bathroom door knob pulled off each time we opened the door, all 4 toilet seats were falling off, and towel bars not attached to the walls very well. None of these items deterred us from having fun, but would have earned the rental a 5 star rating. Also the lack of basic supplies in the kitchen made it difficult to use the dishwasher the entire time we were there, needing to hand wash dishes with only a tiny bottle of dish soap after the 2 dishwasher pods were used.
