The condo was excellent! It was clean and the furniture and kitchen appliances were in top notch condition. There was an abundance of dishes and silverware as well as coffee pot and keurig machine. There were many other appliances (crock pot blender etc.) The bathrooms were immaculate and fully tiled. The bedrooms were large and the mattresses were firm with plenty of pillows. The facility was fully renovated: pool, bathrooms, grill and shade nooks. All of the pool furniture was new. We had a wonderful experience!

Spacious condo with great location

Condo was clean, larger than expected and has a pull out queen murphy style bed in the living room we didn’t know it had which was nice. Tons of seating area. Just steps away from the beach which my kids really enjoyed finding large shells on the beach. Pool area was nice and we got lucky each day getting a spot under the tiki hut. Really enjoyed the restaurant across the street and just a short walk to other restaurants close by. John’s Pass was awesome and really enjoyed the shops/food. We stopped and bought fish to cook dinner there and did jet skis. I would stay at this condo again.

Great Spring Break trip

We had a wonderful stay with our young kids during their Spring Break. The condo is much larger than I thought from the pictures, very comfortable, and had a great balcony overlooking the water. The beach was only steps away, and the pool (heated) was great. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great place to come to make memories with family and friends! Well stocked unit with everything you need to enjoy the beach and pool. Plenty of seating in the large living room and great kitchen.Great proximity to groceries, restaurants, shops, mini golf etc.

First Couple Vacay

Tim & Sharon’s beautiful paradise was wonderful! It was so spacious for only two people, but even so, my boyfriend & I believed our son would’ve loved the second bedroom. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable! The sectional couches in the living room were so comfortable. Everything was amazing! Definitely recommend this space for anyone!

Stunning condo and incredible vacation

I’ve been vacationing oceanfront for years, and this condo is the absolute best I have stayed in. The online pictures don’t do it justice. It is larger than appears online, spacious, very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It really did feel like home. Our two sons (13 and 8) were very excited for the sand toys, skim boards & water toys found in the guest closet. The pool area is very nice and looks like it has been remodeled/new stonework laid recently. We did some hiking, took the kids on the pirates voyage cruise (highly recommend, it was a blast!), enjoyed the shops & restaurants at St John’s Pass, and of course chilled at the beach each day! The beaches here are stunning. This was our first visit to the Gulf Coast and we were blown away. We came with our children to celebrate a new baby due later this year. We had an amazing vacation and will be back to stay at Sharon’s condo next year!

Great week and Condo

We had a great vacation at Seaview 305 the week of 4-27 thru 5-4. The condo was very clean with plenty of room for four adults. The pictures of the living room look crowded with couches on 2 walls but because of the condo size there is plenty of room. The location was perfect with plenty of restaurants walkable. The location to the beach was down the elevator through the garage and you were on the beach. You had to be on the beach to see the sunset but well worth it. Dealing with Connie the property manager was flawless. She was great from first rental discussions till the day we left. Last time we were in Maderia Beach we stayed just down the beach and the bedrooms on the street side were very noisy with cars going up and down. At this condo we did not notice the car noises. About the only minor flaw was the TV remotes and how to get the TV's on. 2 TV remotes for each TV and you only need the Spectrum one. there should be written instructions for this. We will be back next year for sure. Thank you Tim and Sharon and especially Connie.

Absolutely wonderful stay

We had an amazing 2 week. The condo is very well stocked with kitchen supplies, beach towels laundry detergent,dishwasher pod and so Much more. There was so much seating which we used all the time. It was very clean and tidy.we love the pool area and easy access to the beach. We will definitely book again soon.

Wonderful condo

Wonderful condo with direct beach access and pool. Great living room and two wonderful sleeping rooms, no reason to complain anything. Will be our favorite location for our next trips to Tampa Bay
