This spacious 5-bedroom, 4-bath home accommodates up to 10 guests and features a bright coastal design, a fully equipped chef's kitchen, comfortable gathering spaces, and accessible accommodations, including step-free entry and a mobility-friendly bathroom. Outside, guests can relax by the private pool and spa, enjoy waterfront dining, or take in the peaceful views from the expansive outdoor living area. Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, Seaglass Harbor offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and Florida waterfront living for an unforgettable getaway.

Kitchen: The fully equipped contemporary kitchen showcases impressive upgrades throughout, featuring modern appliances including an oversized side-by-side refrigerator and freezer, two separate farmhouse-style sinks, a sleek dishwasher, top-of-the-line range, built-in oversized microwave, and a built-in beverage cooler. Basic dishes, cookware, and utensils are provided for guest convenience. Please note that pantry items such as spices, cooking oils, coffee filters, and coffee pods may not always be stocked.

Dining Area: The elegant formal dining area comfortably seats eight guests and is conveniently situated just off the main living space. Expansive sliding glass doors open to the pool and outdoor entertaining area, filling the home with natural light and showcasing beautiful waterfront views.

Living Room: The spacious living room is thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring a plush sectional sofa, additional seating, custom built-in bookshelves, a stylish coffee table, and a large widescreen Smart TV.

Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a King-sized bed with headboard and footboard, desk and chair, chest of drawers, wide screen TV, ceiling fan, desk, two nightstands and beautiful Intercoastal views with private outdoor access. En-suite bathroom.

Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Full bathroom with oversized stand-up tiled shower, single vanity, makeup mirror, and separate toilet area. No tub.

Bedroom #2: Queen-sized bed, two nightstands, dresser, shelving and closet space, and private door to outdoor pool area. En suite bathroom.

Bathroom #2 (En-suite): Full bathroom with single vanity and tiled walk-in shower. No tub.

Bedroom #3: King-sized bed, closet space, nightstands, and dresser.

Bathroom #3: The spacious, accessibility-friendly bathroom shared by Bedrooms 3 and 4 is thoughtfully designed for comfort and ease of use. Features include dual vanities at varying heights, including one wheelchair-accessible vanity, ample cabinet storage, a comfort-height toilet, and an oversized step-free roll-in tiled shower complete with built-in seating and grab rails. Please note that this bathroom does not include a bathtub. The layout and features provide full wheelchair accessibility when needed.

Bedroom #4: King-sized bed, closet space, nightstands and dresser.

Bathroom #4: Full bathroom with large vanity top and tiled walk-in shower. No tub.

Bedroom #5: Two twin beds, ceiling fan, nightstand with lamp and small desk/table and two chairs for the little ones.

Utility Room: The spacious laundry room is equipped with a full-size side-by-side washer and dryer, a utility sink, and generous counter and storage space for added convenience during your stay.

Outdoors: The expansive outdoor living space is designed for enjoying the very best of Florida waterfront living. The sparkling saltwater pool and adjoining hot tub overlook the scenic Intracoastal Waterway, while the surrounding patio offers a variety of covered and open-air spaces for lounging, dining, and entertaining. An umbrella provides additional shade for relaxing poolside afternoons.

The private dock is the perfect spot for fishing, enjoying the peaceful waterfront setting, or taking in spectacular sunset views over the water. Beach towels are also provided for guests' convenience. *Please note that boats or watercraft are not permitted to dock at the property.

For your security and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are present. There is no video surveillance inside the home. This property has the following security cameras: One by the front door, one overlooking the pool, and one by the garage.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the property. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property
5. Docking of a boat or any other watercraft is not permitted at this property.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the property for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental property.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Pet Policy: We can accept 1-2 small dogs ONLY that weigh 35 pounds or less in this rental. A pet fee of $175 per pet is required. Cats are not allowed. Requests for larger dogs must be submitted and approved by management. Pet must be on a leash at all times when outside of the unit; is not allowed onto the furniture, sand, beach, pool area, or pool. Pet must not bother any surrounding guests and pet waste MUST be picked up by the pet owner.

Parking: This home has a driveway with parking for 3-4 standard size vehicles.
