Great condo!

The condo was very nice with an amazing view! Kitchen needs some updates as well as some additional kitchenware. VRBO says check-in is at 10am but once you get the rental agreement, it says 4pm leaving us with a 5hour wait to get in the room. Otherwise had a wonderful time!

Great view good beds. Toilet could use some tweaking .washer and dryer were great and pretty new. Pleasantly surprised. Stove could be releveled. Needs wine glasses and a better assortment of shorter glasses. Nice fry pan and pots and pans okay.

Needs updates but worked for us.

The condo needs some serious updates especially the beds. Whoever stayed before us just put their dirty dishes in the cupboards so we washed everything before we used them. There were plenty of bath towels and some beach gear that we were able to use. Sea Oats is a very nice property and the pool and beach are great.

Better than bronze

After being displaced from Fort Myers due to Ian, we ventured to the St Pete area. The condo accommodated myself, my sister and my 4 kids perfectly. Reviews saying it hasn’t been updated were a little off as most condos on the beach are not typically aesthetically modern (at this price point) and we weren’t disappointed at all (the pictures of the interior depicted it perfectly). Having laundry in the room was a huge perk along with plenty of space for everyone. Only recommendations would be adding some beach chairs to the room as there are not any on the beach. Beach, pool, view and parking were great.

Living in the 70's but in filth.

There was hair in the bed and refrigerator. There was blood on the walls and rugs. The plumbing needs work. No box spring in the bed, so it sets almost on the floor. Over all it needs to be up grated. I don't believe anything has been done since it was built. I don't recommend it.

Great location and Gulf views! Easy beach access, pool was nice. Unit needs to be updated, but Owner was upfront in the rental description letting us know the unit is outdated. Overall stay was good as most of our time was spent on the beach and by the pool. Thank you for sharing your condo.

I was a little worried after seeing some other reviews, but seaoats 403 is perfect. We really enjoyed our time here, and it was a great location. 5 out of 5. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Place! Don't know what others expect

I was pleasantly surprised after so many negative reviews about this condo. It was clean, had loads of space, and a killer view and location. The one issue we had was the bathroom light and that was taken care of within a couple of hours after reporting it to management. They had to bring in an electrician to fix the problem; it wasn't just changing a light bulb. Front desk people were as nice as they could be and very helpful. I found the beds to be very comfortable and so did the rest of my party. Because of being particularly picky about pillows, I brought my own but others in my party didn't and just doubled up on pillows. I did not hear any complaints. There were plenty of amenities, including a washer and dryer, beach chairs, and an umbrella. The layout was perfect for us and everyone had a bed and there was plenty of bathroom space. I always had hot water when I showered, but we all kind of staggered our shower times. Both toilets worked just fine. I do know the plumbing in this particular building can be sensitive and that is just par for the course (my sister's in-laws own a condo at Sea Oates). Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone. In fact, I will stay there again the next time we visit the area.

Thankful but needs work

Positive: Very appreciative of being able to get 3BR on beach with about only a month before trip during spring break and very appreciative of owners. Great view and fun location. Unit has great bones and size. New refrigerator, stove top and microwave Negative: mattresses were uncomfortable, flat pillows, took an hour to figure out living room tv as there were no instructions, electrical outlets that didn’t work, outdated furniture, 4 pieces to blinds missing, master shower-curtain fell down (I put it back in place), only one lamp in children’s room worked (which was enough for us), outdated hardware, matted down carpet. Vents were very dirty and need cleaned: my wife was coughing constantly from the dirty air flowing thru the unit. Place just needs to be invested in and it’d be a great place. Like I said: great bones.

Beautiful Beach Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view from the balcony is wonderful and we enjoy the location with its laid back atmosphere. The condo has most everything you need in the kitchen, beach toys, chairs and plenty other goodies. Laundry in the unit is huge bonus. We will definitely come back again.

Wonderful family vacation spot

This condo unit had all the room my family needed for our vacation! The location was perfect❤️. The communication with the condo owner and rental manager was prompt. I would stay here again unfortunately it is already booked for next February.😭

Beds were so uncomfortable. Pillows so old and flat. Shower in second best only allowed for one shower then the water went cold. Tv was messed up. Unit needs updating for the price. Nice location.

Great views of the beach. Nice building. Everything was as described. My only complaint is it could have been cleaner. Especially during COVID. Even as a bronze property. Office staff courteous. Called maintenance for a minor problem, very quick and professional. Would stay again with a deep cleaning :)
