The place is beautiful. I loved how everything was labeled. The pool was perfect… very warm but not too warm. The extra storage area had a ton of outdoor gear and convenient. Tons of towels. Loved the balcony too. Front view of ocean between buildings.

The access to the beach was great! View from the unit was limited but we could still see the beach. Overall we had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again. The hosts were very responsive and instructions were clear for check-in/out. IRB is beautiful!

This is our second stay in this unit and would return for a third! The hosts are very communicative and have a well-stocked condo. We especially appreciate all the available beach gear!

Good Stay

Overall was a good stay, The pictures are a bit unjust as the property is not on the beach as it appears, its set back and behind a building the same size and the only part of the beach you could see is a tiny sliver. However the beach is a very short walk away.The property is within walking distance to great food, gift shops and ICE CREAM!

Great visit to IRB!

We had a wonderful visit to IRB; Rod and Chrissy were amazing hosts! The condo is very well-stocked, including with beach gear. Communication with hosts was quick and easy. We love IRB and hope to stay at Sea Islander again on our next visit!

Amazing Home

This is an amazing property and Home. My grandsons loved the beach and pool. It was nice that the rental included pool and beach toys for the kids. Beach chairs and umbrellas for the adults was great also.

We stayed here for my wifes 63rd b-day with older siblings. We stayed on 3rd floor using steps. The property was spotless clean, nice 2 bedroom and bathroom condo. The property is street blvd to ocean, but second building back from ocean or beach from front. There is a building ocean front inbetween this building and beach.we did not have to cross a street.The walk was less then 200’. We did have an ocean view but is limited. The pool is nice and clean. Parking is easy underneath the building. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. This is a really nice layed back neighborhood and the beach is extremely relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

Girls Trip 2022

We had a great trip! The condo was extremely well stocked with towels and beach chairs, etc which was very nice since we flew in. The condo was very clean and spacious enough for the five of us. The property managers were quick to respond to our questions and were well organized and helpful. We definitely plan to come back to this property!

Girls trip

We found you by default after our reservation was no longer available in Fort Myers. But we are not sorry one bit! Great location, we walked to several places for eating and nails and of course the beach and great pool! Don’t hesitate to stay here. Great comfortable condo and nice location.

Easy Beach Access

We had a great stay. Not sure if 3rd floor is listed in description, but should be for renters that may not be able to navigate so many stairs. Had all amenities we needed & communication with owners was great. Guest shower either piping hot or very cool. No in between. Would definitely stay here again.
