Cute place- the window blind in front bedroom is too short & does not give safety privacy…. couple other blinds are not in good condition. BUT a very nice place to stay & great location!

Convenient Location

Perfectly situated, close to the beach and the heart of PAG. Well suited for 2 couples or a family of 2,3 kids; enough room that you did not feel like you were running into each other. Worth the stay!

Girls weekend

The Seahorse bungalow was quaint and charming in the perfect location. It was clean and stocked with needed items. The beds were very comfy! Can’t wait to go back!

Best Beach Cottage

First stay at Pass-a-Grille, a family favorite beach of a lifetime. We enjoyed our stay and all of the amenities there was to offer. The cottage was the perfect size to host our family and enjoy the beautiful beach just steps away. We are planning to make this a family destination again!

Perfect house and location!!

We had a great time. Property is the perfect size for a small family. It is clean and walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. Tyler was very responsive to emails and answered all my questions. We will definitely be back and will also recommend this property to family and friends.

Better than I expected !

This beautiful house is located in the best area. You are close the the beach and the bay. Great restaurants within walking distance and shops too. I love pass-a-grille, especially for fishing and my family always enjoy a day at Fort De Soto, which is my all time favorite beach. I cannot wait to visit again and "this is the house "

Great area!

Location was great, blocks from the beach. little beach tiki breakfast place on the beach with music excellent! Negatives---bicycle handles loose, no coffee pot in the coffee maker and ceiling fans were nasty caked up. This info is to help the property manager fix it/not put the place down.

Pass a grille

Would have given 4 stars but had some issues getting my deposit back. The cleaners claimed we left it in poor condition and smelled rancid. Claimed poop behind the washer. The owner and manager worked it out with me and did refund me but it shouldn’t have occurred. My wife and I rent out property as well so we are cognizant of the issues. Maybe the manager could check out the property prior to checkout so everyone is on the same page. Enjoyed the area, steps from the beach and safe area. Since we had dogs, it would have been helpful for the owner to let us know that dogs are not welcome on the beach. There is a tucked away dog beach that is not ideal. The house was as advertised in the listing.

Beach bungalow

Perfect area for a relaxing beach vacation. Super close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Listing should emphasize that beach towels are included at the rental because it would have saved space for our crammed car, but it was a pleasant surprise to have them provided. Great place!

This is a well kept property very close to the beach. Plenty of living space to hang out with family and friends. Bath and beach towels were supplied. Pretty much everything was in the house for your use. We had a great time. Already booked for next year.

No frills but clean

We had a great time here for the one night we were here, no frills but great location and clean. The only complaint is that within the listing it says it is a one and a half bath. When we got there it is clearly only a 1 bath and a random sink in a walk through area where the laundry is. With 5 women it was a bit of a big deal.

Charming and Comfortable

We had a great stay at this property. We had plenty of space and all the amenities anyone could want for a beach stay. Tiny bathroom though…which is true of every place we have stayed on Pass-a-Grille. Would definitely return.

Loved the area but the management is questionable

The bungalow is nice. It is old and could use some repairs but overall, it was welcoming. The squeeze between the washer/dryer and the sink is a little weird. We loved the area and the short walk to the beach. The outside areas were nice and we were able to meet some of the others staying at the other bungalows. Very nice people. The management is questionable. I had to reach out to them to find out how to access our bungalow. I never received any communication on how to access the building. We drove 16 1/2 hours and once we arrived, I started wondering if we were going to have a place to stay. After a few hours, I did get a response to my message with the code to the lock box. On our last day, we were standing outside talking with another couple and the property manager actually arrived on site (the hot water was not working). He did originally speak but that was the only communication. He left without saying anything to us or the other couple that was still staying there. I was told, these bungalows just changed managememt. It is a really cute place located in an amazing area. I hope the new property manager figures out what he is doing before these bungalows fall apart.
