'Sea Breeze' is a beautiful Southern home where you will enjoy a relaxing and memorable vacation with your loved ones! The Key-West-style house is situated in the upscale, tranquil neighborhood of Carlouel, just a minute stroll from the private beach access. Enjoy the Sunstate's beach life with its sugar-white sandy beaches and the clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico! It's not unusual to see the dolphins as they are swimming by!

'Sea Breeze' offers everything you need for a relaxed and fun family vacation. The house has a heated pool with a spill-over spa and a fabulous outdoor grilling area. Three different patios and a water-view balcony guarantee cozy hours for reading, chatting or playing games. Enjoy total privacy, behind our picket fenced lawns, with lovely tropical landscaping. Take a dip - day or night, in our gorgeous, heated swimming pool & spa! Early evening, perhaps a glass of wine in hand, you may want to stroll to the beach gate to witness the famous flaming sunsets as they melt into the ocean. If you look to enjoy Florida's beach life at its best, away from the noise & crowds of highly populated resorts, this is your spot!

'Sea Breeze' is the perfect place for families, family reunions and couple retreats. The house has two master suites and three standard bedrooms. In of the master suites there is a king bed and ensuite bath. In the other there is a king bed and a queen sized sofa sleeper. One standard bedroom has another King bed, the next has two Twin beds, and the fifth small bedroom has a Queen bed. A pack-and-play crib and high chair is available. 'Sea Breeze' can host 10 to maximum 12 people.

Carlouel - is an up-scale, safe residential neighborhood that welcomes families and couples. It is not suitable for 'spring breakers' or any group that wants an environment that allows loud parties.

The area of Clearwater offers an astonishing diversity of leisure activities. If you enjoy sports you might want to try out the numerous jogging, skating, biking, golfing, hiking, swimming, surfing, tennis or fitness opportunities. In Florida's state parks and on the breathtaking beaches you will experience the beauty and serenity of nature.
