Great location with easy walk to quietAnd beautiful beach. House had everything we needed and was super comfortable. Nice view to bay from the front porch. Lots of outdoor spaces to either be together or grab some alone time. Was a great place for a family vacation especially with little ones!

The house was clean and lovely and provided enough space for six friends to vacation. The location is fantastic…very short walk to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and shops. The host was very cooperative and responsive to questions/needs, as was the maintenance worker who promptly arrived to address some minor issues. It was too cold to use the pool, but we hope to try that next year!

Wonderful Clearwater home near the beach

Absolutely loved our stay here on Memorial Day weekend - given the holiday, we were SO thankful to stay within walking distance (6 minutes) from the beautiful private beach. Didn’t bother going to downtown Clearwater because we had everything we needed! Comfortably fit 8 family members. The master bedrooms especially were so beautiful. Everything was very clean as well. The pool was very enjoyable!

Hello,We have four boys under the age of 12 and we had a great time. They loved the pool and we loved being so close to the beach. The beach was very quiet and we also loved being so far up the beach as there very few people. The house also came well stocked with dishes, pans, and toiletries.

Perfect Beach Getaway – Spacious, Luxurious, and Steps from the Sand

We had an incredible stay at this Clearwater VRBO! The house is absolutely huge, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the décor was tasteful and calming—perfect for a beach retreat.The kitchen had all the tools with everything we needed, making meal prep a breeze. One of the highlights was the backyard—my 90 year old mom loved the pristine pool, and the Jacuzzi was the perfect way to unwind in the evenings.Best of all, the location couldn’t be better! Just a short 90 second walk (yes, we timed it!) to the beach, where we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets and soft, powdery sand.If you're looking for a spacious, well-appointed home in an unbeatable location, this is it. We can't wait to return!

Great location with quick walk to private beach. The house was perfect for 3 couples (3 King Size Beds) and 4 kids aging from 13-19. The pool, gas grill, beach chairs, umbrella, & boogie boards were a big hit! Restaurants are close by. Definitely would recommend this place.

Perfect location with private pool -- awesome time!

Multi-generation family trip with age ranges from 16 to 76. All had a great time. The private pool and spa was an immediate hit with everyone. The beach is just a short walk to practically an exclusive beach experience with zero crowds to fight for prime space. The location in this quiet neighborhood was perfect and only a short (and easy) drive down to the beach restaurants and shops. Property owners had plenty of 'starter' supplies, which many of them lasted all week and the kitchen was well appointed. Great having the additional wet bar area leading out to the pool. Beach gear in good condition and easy to use. This is certainly on our list of places to return.

Perfect family getaway!

This is our second time staying at Sea Breeze and it is everything we need and more for our family during our vacation in Clearwater Beach. The hosts have stocked their shed with plenty of beach supplies to borrow and use during our stay. The house manual listed all of the information that we may have needed and the hosts were awesome at communication! We look forward to coming back and staying again soon.

Fall Break

We had a great visit at this Clearwater Beach property. The house was very large/spacious, and we enjoyed the private pool/spa. Beach wasn’t too long of a walk, around the corner! Mostly everything we needed was supplied which made traveling with little ones easy! We could not find a vacuum to help clean during the week but other than that the house was stocked. Very nice owners, quick to respond and find solutions to our needs! Thank you!

Very nice

At first I admit wasn’t impressed. Put after a day getting our bearing of the place we loved it. For people that fly they had everything you need. Beach towel, wagon, sand toys, plenty of beach chairs, life jackets and more. Pool was wonderful. Bedrooms were spaced apart enough to have privacy. Kitchen was wonderful. Nice big eating area. My only draw back would be great to have another refrigerator. With set up understand that would be hard, but helpful. Thank you for everything, we would stay again.

Great place for our family

We had a great time. You have access to a private beach that’s just a short walk away. The neighborhood is very quiet. It was great having the pool with floats and toys available for the kids. There was plenty of beds and the house was very clean. All of the basic amenities were provided like shampoo and conditioner as well as dishwasher and laundry detergent. The kitchen is nicely stocked as well with spices and oils. We would definitely come back again!my kids and extended family had a great time.

Road noise

The property itself was very nice and perfect for our family. The road construction began some mornings at 7:30 and did not end until 6pm. It made our stay less than memorable and we will never return or recommend. Your property details should alert guests to yhos issue. We may have canceled had we known the extent of disruptions.

Wonderful family vacation and family who live in Clearwater reunion

We had such an amazing time all together in this very lovely family home. We mostly cooked at home. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, dishes, pots and pans. The grill was very helpful. Pool was great for the kids. The beach is so beautiful and close by. The beds, so comfortable, pillows, (I’m very fussy) linens etc were amazing. Thank you so much for hosting our family. We will be sure to come back.
