Beautifully Perfect

Condo was amazing and loved being right off the pool on ground floor.My boston terriers came with us and the dog friendly areas were great.We will be back..

Awesome location to Johns Pass

We loved the fact that we could walk across the street to Johns Pass and marina. Loved the food and entertainment. The facility was nice. Definitely secure as you need the key to use the pool, beach access, stairs or elevator. You need to bring your own extra sheets for the pull out mattress as there weren't any. Plenty of blankets toilet paper and bath towels. No Keurig so bring ground coffee and filters. Overall it was very nice. The balcony was awesome with a one of a kind view of the sunset. Thank you!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cant beat the view with this building. Nothing next door so the beachview is breathtaking. Inside needs attention. Tape on screen balcony door. Balcony door is extremely hard to open in living room. Window in spare window was unlocked when we got there. Not very comforting. Everything was clean except floors. Walking across them gave you black feet. Spoke to GIGI in the office. She told a supervisor and said it would all be taken care off. We didnt want anyone in the unit when we werent there so hopefully no one else will deal with any of this.

It's in bad shape and the 2 tall chair on the patio are also in bad shape. The sheets used on the king size bed were ripped on a corner and were always coming lose. They didn't fit very well and I always had to try and put the sheet back on.

One of our most enjoyable vacations

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived to the rental after hours and the arrangements made for entry were easy to follow. The rental itself needs a bit of updating but thoroughly enjoyable. The star of the place was that magnificent view which provided a perfect view of the sunset every night, and was also the prime play place for the dolphins. The master bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was also very nice. There was a minor issue with the key sticking in the lock, but one call to building maintenance had it fixed and we didn't even need to be there for them to handle it. The cleaning of the toilets could have been better, but the overall cleanliness of the unit was good. We will most definitely be renting this unit again.

Maintenance was able to correct several of them but others required parts to be ordered so those had to wait. One issue not related to maintenance was that fold out couch did NOT have a mattress underneath so wasn't very comfortable to sit/lay on. This is also the 2nd year in a row where the rear elevator has been out of service for our 2 week stay. It was an inconvience but not a game changer. Both the staff and maintenance staff were very helpful especially during the hurricane when we had to evacuate. We'll be back again.
