Sandy Shores 401 Gulf Front Corner Condo

  • 401 is a newly painted one bedroom/one bath room gulf front condo located in Sandy Shores on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Madeira Beach, Florida. The living room opens out to the private balcony which over-looks the pool area, beach and Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is equipped with updated stainless- steel appliances. The cabinets are filled with dishes, cookware and utensils. A coffee maker and toaster are also provided. The bedroom has two queen beds, large dresser, flat screen TV and walk- in closet. Bed linens and bath towels are provided for up to 4 guests in the condo.

    Our friendly staff will do their best to accommodate any requests or concerns you may have during your vacation. Please come and enjoy the beautiful beach and soothing warm breezes as well as the local attractions which include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk with its many shops, cafes, restaurants and fishing charters directly across the street from our condos.

    Coin operated washers and dryers are located on each floor.

    One assigned parking spot is available for this unit.

    This is a non- smoking accommodation.

The view and layout was excellent. Unit needed a few items but overall had plenty of kitchenware. Beach was very busy being close to a public access. It was an enjoyable time.

Our stay was great! We thought we were having issues with the AC and we called the emergency maintenance line and they had someone out quick and the problem fixed in no time! We will definitely book Sandy Shores in the future! Thank you for a great week!

The condo had been updated with tile floors and the bathroom had also been updated. It was clean and comfortable. Everything including the elevator was working fine while we were there. We had no major issues. The shower head needs replaced or cleaned for optimal performance. Overall, it was a nice condo with great view of the ocean.

Bring indoor and outdoor shoes. No door mats were present to knock the sand off before entering the unit. Bring beach towels. Enjoy a great view and short walk to beautiful sands and ocean.

GREAT LOCATION Remotes needed new batteries.Internet was so slow - streaming was impossible. Please wash comforters, as there is blood and stains on them.One of the patio chairs is broken.Cleanliness was 7/10

Amazing property & location!!! Only downside is the bathroom is a bit small, other than that it’s a great place to stay. Home away from home vibe!!!

The Condo, itself, was very clean. It was very nice. The view of the ocean was perfect. The vicinity of the condo to John's Pass boardwalk was within a short walking distance. It was close to great restaurants and shopping. It was also close to other beaches to explore more.The only thing that really gave this place a 4/5 was that the elevator stopped working the day we got there. It did not get fixed while we were there and being on the 4th floor, it was not a fun walk after a long day, especially with an injured back. It was not fun carrying all of our beach gear up 4 flights of stairs. And moving all of our luggage out the last day, it was very inconvenient. Overall, the price was good for the view and the condition of the condo. Just wish the elevator would have been fixed within the 4 days that we were there.

Great place to stay! Great view of the gulf and sunsets. Convenient location. Literally don’t have to drive anywhere with all the shops and restaurants across the street. I would recommend and stay again!

Beach Vacation

Location is perfect! Love the access to the beach and John's Pass restaurants, coffee shop, and shopping. Bathroom needs some TLC and perhaps more attention to cleaning in the shower and bedroom.
