Being on the beach was perfect but when we arrived the blinds on the sliding glass door to the balcony were broken and wouldn’t even open. One of the beds was so sunken in just from looking at it & laying on it was even worse & wasn’t even able to be slept in. Thankfully we were able to use another but had we needed that bed someone back would have been miserable sleeping. The fan in that room also didn’t work. The master tub/sink was not draining properly. The toilet paper holder was falling off of the wall in both bathrooms. The towel rack was also falling off. A lot of cosmetic things needed fixed in my opinion & would be easy to do to make a better impression and experience. We were not in there much because we are such beach people but there were a lot of things that should be fixed considering the amount of money you pay. However we absolutely loved the balcony, all of the beach chairs toys ect that were available for us to use. & we loved that the fridge had an ice/water dispenser. Washer and dryer was also a huge perk!

Nice Condo/Minor Issues

We enjoyed our stay here for the week. Didn’t have any issues. The property looks very maintained in pictures but they are kind of misleading. Condo could use a deep clean. If you need to wash clothes don’t plan on drying them. Dryer took at least 2 hours to dry a load of clothes with maybe 7-8 items. We had 7 people with 9 towels/washcloths, so we were constantly washing rags and reusing towels since the dryer took forever and then when the clothes came out they would stink from being in the dryer so long. There are no rugs in condo, so unless you are sweeping behind where you walk, you are constantly stepping in sand/dirt with nothing to catch it and the sand is sticking to your feet until it’s washed. The condo is nice don’t get me wrong, it just needs a good, DEEP clean. There were no potholders to use while cooking. However, the view of the beach from the condo was great. The pool area is nice and clean. The area it is in is very good and clean as well. I felt very safe and comfortable here. Lots of stuff around to do and lots of great restaurants :))

Great place for family vacation

We have been using this property for several years in a row now. Great place for large families with kids. Quiet and safe location with a good-size outdoor pool and an ocean view.

Needs a sweeper for the sand - whether it be a dorm sweeper/better. Broom sweeping went everywhere

Needs some updating couch/love seat are a mess. I did request some items and did receive - minus the sweeper. The view is spectacular.

Great location - needs updates

Overall great location! Unit definitely needs some updating and a good deep clean. Overall decent stay. No cutting board, sponges, cleaning supplies or Tupperware so BYO! Vacuum cleaner and broom need replacing. Bring your own TP and paper towels if you don’t like single ply. Issues were resolved with a phone call.

Wonderful

3 couples stayed for a week. The small bedroom is very small. No closet, just enough room to get in and out of bed. The condo was clean and as expected. Everyone we encountered were friendly. A lot of rentals in this building I think. Perfect for a beach vacation.

804 sand castle

Nice stay. plenty of beech chairs however many were not in the best shape. we did find 2 to use. 2 nice umbrellas. lots of kids toys. floats, surf boards, and a couple of coolers. Clean. adequate kitchen utensils. no spices (salt/pepper etc). Everything you really need.

Good enough

As one of my daughters said, it wasn't bad enough to ruin our trip. But there was a 5-item list of things we found that needed fixing, including broken shower door and chair; both were potentially dangerous. We first reported the chair on Monday. There was more correspondence during the week but no maintenance. That said, it was generally clean, the price was right, and, the location was great I happened to have a multi tool and made the shower door usable, barely, so, overall it was OK.

Fall break

Nice to have a condo on an upper floor, right on the beach, with heated pool and hot tub. Indian Shores has everything we needed. The condo was pretty sparsely equipped in terms of amenities, but everything worked and it was clean when we showed up. Guest shower is pretty antiquated. We had a wonderful time in Indian Shores.

A few bumps in the road

The condo location was beautiful. The condo itself could have used a few personal beach touches. Our check in email gave us erroneous information. The parking space is NOT under the building and is not marked 1804 it is simply 804. We were given codes to enter the pool and beach yet no codes were needed anywhere on the property. Our kitchen sink completely stopped working as well as the dishwasher. Service was extremely delayed in getting us running water and was never completely fixed. We had to place a bag over the sprayer so we would not accidentally use it. The lighting in the dining was so harsh that we changed lightbulbs from lamps in other rooms. The remote controls to the tvs need new batteries. We had to juggle batteries to use them.

Over all very good. Beaches were not crowded and plenty of restaurants near by. The AC didn’t cool well in master bedroom but did in living area and back bedroom.

Indian Shores Vacation

The outdoor property (pool, hot tub, walkways) was very clean, manicured and well take care of. Assigned parking was a plus. The condo was nice, could have been cleaner (windows, mirrors, bathtub, shower). Some opened perishable food was left (quarter bag of chips, cannister of half eaten chips- was gross!). The fan in the master bedroom was installed incorrectly, the lights spun and not the fan part. Some burned-out bulbs and bulbs that didn't match which made the lighting off. The water was extremely slow to drain in the shower, and the water pressure in both showers was extremely poor. The beach chairs and outdoor items were full of sand. We felt that we had to clean everything. And the orange/salmon colored building in the picture is not the one where the condo is. It is in the green building.

Lovely view

The beds are a. Little hard, was missing the beach umbrellas the review said was there.to beach chairs arms are almost broken on. The blind was broke in living room but they did come fix it.That was a plus kitchen chairs were wobbly while there fixing blind he titened them. Bit the views and pool and hot to were great.This condo just needs some TLC...

Great vacation in a great location

The rental process was very smooth. Condo was clean and ready for us. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen stocked well. 3rd bedroom was very small with no closet but it worked.

Truly Oceanfront!

Great updated condo with large balcony and ocean overlook. Perfect for a beach vacation. If you have more than one vehicle, parking could be frustrating. My brother's family found a visitor spot after a few hours of waiting. (He parked in our assigned resident spot as I my family was not in town yet.) But he never could use his van during the week for fear of no spot to park in later. You pay for a 3 bedroom and up to 8 people, but parking not accommodating.
