Amazing location and beautiful stay

I stayed here with my older parents and two kids under 8. The extremely short walk to the boardwalk was invaluable when trying to wrangle active kiddos on and off the beach. St John’s boardwalk was a super short walk over the bridge for ice cream and watching dolphins in the evenings. Parking was very easy. This property is two levels, which means beach views but also stairs if that’s an issue for you. I would stay here again, it’s just a beautiful location and place to stay.

Perfect location!

Property was lovely and in perfect location. Balcony provides beach view and easy walk down boardwalk to beach. Lots of amenities close, restaurants, ice cream shop, and John’s Pass. Chair and umbrella rental located on beach behind property if you don’t want to carry anything to the beach. The property does provide chairs, etc. for the beach. Nice pool with lounge chairs as well. Property manager easy to communicate with upon arrival. Thank you!

Great location

The house was newly renovated, clean, and located close to the beach. My family and I enjoyed our stay. I will say the house did not offer some basic necessities compared to other VRBO rentals. For example, no throws for lounging on the sofa, no basic spices or oils, no beach cups etc. When flying from out of town I would expect a beach rental to be more appointed.

Great place to gather and relax

We rented the condo for an anniversary vacation with our son, daughter in law and new grandson. A few local friends stopped by. The space was perfect for socializing and finding quiet space. The decks are great and the view of the beach relaxing. The kitchen had updated appliances -- and it would have been handy to to have the manuals for the cooktop and microwave. We would stay there again.

Short Spring Break Stay

Property was beautiful and beds were super comfy. Walk to the beach was easy. Condo is super conveniently located with convenience store and ice cream shop a very short walk. Longer walk to Waffle House, Dunkin Donuts and a few other places. Beach was beautiful and you could rent beach chairs/umbrella right at the water’s edge. This spot worked great for us!

Spacious place in great location

The condo is very spacious and well-laid out. The kitchen and bathrooms have all been recently updated and are a pleasure to use. It is in a great location close to town, next to the start of the Treasure Island beach trail and steps to the beach access. It also has great views of the ocean from the two balconies.

The condo was beautiful. We loved the balcony and sitting outside eating. It was very comfortable for our family. We are a family of 5 so the amount of space we had was wonderful. Great kitchen and mostly everything we needed to cook. The only thing I didn’t give 5 stars was the floor was not very clean. Our feet were black after walking barefoot on the first day and we did not have to speak to the manager. We do wish we would have been directly on the beach but we booked last minute so we were thankful we got some view. We would definitely recommend this to anyone with a large family. Our visit was great and we enjoyed it.

Sand dunes

Everything was perfect during our short stay. House was very clean and great beach location. We didn’t use it, but fully stocked and beautiful kitchen. Restaurants were a short drive/Uber away. The only comment is that we had to bring our own laundry supplies, hand soap, etc.I brought a few keurig coffee pods, but they were the wrong ones…..need nespresso No big deal though, Publix was close by. I would recommend to others and definitely stay again.

Relaxing beach house with all the amenities

When I started my search for a beach getaway, I knew what I wanted in a place to stay. This wonderful beach house did not disappoint. The house is clean and comfortable. Morning coffee on the balcony watching the waves was a plus. Surrounding area is very quiet even though there is a hotel next door. Beach is clean and the water is beautiful. The island is low key and we enjoyed the local cuisine. Condo is completely updated and decorated beautifully. Do not pass on this place!!
