    Home Away from Home - Sand Dollar 105 is a BRONZE (Great Value!) rated three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 1st-floor (Not Ground Level) vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

    Vacation rental 105 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and all three bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

    Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom, 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen in the 3rd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer double sink vanities and walk-in showers. 105 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

    The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front Desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volleyball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels.

    Maximum occupancy: 8 persons (including infants). 105 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No pets. Limit two parking passes at check-in. No trailers, RVs or boats.

    7 nights minimum during peak periods and holidays. 4 nights minimum in off season upon request

The pool and beach area were great. We had issues with the water pressure in the showers. The fact that the entrance door to the condo did not completely close behind you. And that the dryer three cycles to dry clothes. The ice maker would only put out crushed ice. All in all we had a fantastic time and would look to rent again in the future

We’ve traveled to Indian rocks/Madeira beach/indian great for the last 18 yrs- stayed at various places - the sand dollar was by far the best place to stay - clean / spacious/so many amenities/ great parking

Family vacation

We loved the property. Everyone at the front desk was so nice. Unfortunately our vacation was cut short because of hurricane Helene but we had a wonderful time for the 4 days we were there. Would definitely go back.

Great place to stay

This is a very nice location and close to everything. Kitchen had everything you would need to cook. Only one story up so you don’t have to wait for the elevator. Overall excellent stay. Would recommend to stay.😎

Absolutely Amazing!

We will most certainly be back! By far the best vacation place we’ve had at the beach in years. Everything was so clean and everyone was so friendly. We loved the privacy and the pier. Highly recommend!!

Check-in really easy, front desk extremely friendly, room was clean, easy access to elevator and trash chute. Pool very nice, property well maintained, still some repairs going on from hurricane.if i had to complain it would be a new mattress on master king bed, new dryer, and maybe some new furniture in living room. Nothing wrong with it just worn. Over our stay was great no issues. A/C preformed great on the 113 degree days while we were there.

Great Location - Clean Home

6 of us stayed at this perfect condo right on the beach. Although the hurricane did a number on the town the community did a great job rebuilding as best they could in time for our vacation. The communication on the facility was great and we wouldn't change a thing. The rooms are all a great size, the closet space was perfect, the laundry room was great to have and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes and more. We are looking forward to next year!

Place was great except AC unit & duct work need a good cleaning & showers & faucets. Great place.

Very easy to work with and super nice people. Changed the AC filter within minutes of being asked. Beautiful beach, the pier is great and safe place.
