The property management team was excellent—responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. The pool and hot tub were also well-maintained and enjoyable.However, my concerns relate to the condo itself. We have stayed in this area multiple times (10) and found this unit underwhelming, particularly given the high price point. While I understand that rates increase during spring break and that overall costs have risen, the condo felt overpriced for its size, furnishings, and level of updates.Additionally, the building has only one elevator, which was out of service for the first couple of days of our stay. We were on the 5th floor. During that time, my daughter and I became trapped inside the elevator for 30 minutes, and none of the emergency call buttons were functioning. We ultimately had to call 911 to be assisted out between floors. What was especially frustrating is that we later learned the elevator had already been out of order the week prior and was awaiting a part. Despite this, no warning signage had been posted following our incident—we took it upon ourselves to alert other guests.
