Este Hotel engaña al cliente ofeciendo servicio que no tiene disponible. Tenia una reserva el sabado 6 cuando llege al hote que fuy al counter tenian un letrero donde decia que la picina estaba suera de servicio. Mi razon de mi reserva era relajarme y pasar una tarde en la picina el hotel debe informar en la paguina del hotel que su picina no esta en servicio. Llame y chatear con expedia totalmente sin exito.

Bueno es en general las escaleras y alrededor del hotel está descuidado y sucio las toallas están rotas además las conexiones eléctricas no funcionan correctamente el secadora de pelo no funciona además en la habitación hay cucarachas y además sale agua en el piso cuando se baña uno fue en verdad desastroso este hotel es mi primera experienia e visitado otro con este precio y no ha estado de esta manera

Uds no deberían de patrocinar esta posilga el cuarto tenía un mal olor a poco el toilet no flush Yo solo entre y sali a los cinco minutos y entregué la llave y me fui a casa en Naples . La pintura de puertas desprendiéndose los corredores sucios parece un motel de película de terror Perdí todo mi dinero.voy a llamar a mi credit card a ver si puedo recuperar algo, El mal olor del cuarto se impregnó en mi ropa

Actualmente estamos bajo una nueva administración y estamos trabajando diligentemente para mejorar todos los aspectos del hotel. Lo mejor, el personal. Lamentablemente es un hotel muy mal cuidado y con mala limpieza. Cucharachas en la habitación y la pileta en regular estado

Advertised free breakfast but there was no breakfast. My spouse got ill and had to go to hospital. We were refused a credit and charged second nite we booked even though we requested a credit. Will not go back.

The front door was all chewed up by some kind of rodents. The refrigerator Latches was rusted the bathroom light did not work.

The pictures of the hotel show the property completed. Upon checking in, you understand it is more of a motel than a hotel. Nothing wrong, the owners informed me they were under renovation since acquiring the property. It was a cheap stay, so it was expected to not be the best. But, we were moved three times because the lights in the first two rooms did not work. The paint on the walls and doors were peeling off and some base boards were rotted. The staff and owners were okay and friendly. The pool was nice though, and it was easy access from the highway. If you're by yourself this is a decent place to stay. But, if more than two people not the best, the rooms are not that big and the bathroom is small. It can become a good place to stay when the issues are resolved. Overall not bad, but would pay the extra $50-70 a night to have more space that a 4x4 bathroom.

You’re really getting what you pay for at this one. The only nice thing was that it was cheap. The rooms need major upgrades, there was a sewer-ish smell right when entering the room and the water smelled like sulfur to the point is was hard to shower in. I did think there was a bird wing in the bathroom vent but turned out to be a massive amount of rust and dust so there was that. The towels and sheets were both stained, the door has limited seal to it so critters were crawling around. Definitely not a good place for children to stay but if you’re only looking for a place to sleep, it’s fine.

The bed broke through the bed frame as soon as i sat on it. They had bed bugs and there was stains and rips on the bedding. The room smelled like it hadnt been clean in months. I would never ever stay here again. Its like a haunted house. You never know whats going to happen next.

The room had bed sheets with cigarette burn and stains on them. The bathroom door was so scratched up it looked like a wild dog had attacked it. The curtains were stained, dirty and one of the panels was backwards. It smelled like cigarettes even though we asked and were told we had a smoke free room. The pics on the website were very deceiving. Will not recommend anyone staying here.

The rooms were FILTHY..never wiped down clearly. My bed had a stain on it and was clear what it was. There was people running in and out of their rooms ALL NIGHT slamming doors and yelling. Beer bottles clinking all night into the early morning hours. Babies crying non stop OUTSIDE at all hours. There was a knock down drag out right in front of my hotel door and a baby and two small children were involved. Lots of cursing and screaming. Waited super long to even check in. Check OUT was even worse! It's obvious that this is a hotel used for illegal business operations...which I do not care but at least try to separate this somehow some way

DO NOT STAY HERE..... spend the extra few dollars to stay at LaQuinta next door or the Clarion down the road.. our recent stay(last minute booking for spring training) was HORRIFIC. Upon checking in, two queens non smoking, we were given a room that was occupied. THEN told we were upgraded to two doubles (UPGRADED?) Second room; ceiling was falling down and no door lock. 3rd room we gave up and just accepted it. Bathrooms were disgusting and over 5 days the room WAS NOT CLEANED ONCE..... the only good thing about the place is tgat it is close to ballpark and Lenny's breakfast is right next door. I WOULD NOT STAY HERE IF THEY PAID ME..... I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE RATING IF THEY ALLOWED.... STAY AWAY
