Tom is a fantastic host and his place is top notch. We can't wait to book another trip back to Treasure Island and we will definitely stay at Tom's place again. I can not give this place enough stars. Truly Outstanding!!!

Well appointed and picture perfect!

Every detail has been thought through in this modern convenient getaway.Located just steps from the beach with beautiful evening sunset views. Enjoy morning, sunrise views from the bayside dock. Cozy, clean and private.

Perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay at Riley’s Retreat! It has the best of both worlds with the beautiful beach access directly across the street to the incredible backyard oasis on the intracoastal waterway. The unit was clean, quiet and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Great spot!

This location offered the best of both worlds… fishing on the dock on the inlet and beach right across the street. Everything you need is available to you and so clean!

Riley’s Retreat is Amazing

This is an absolutely magnificent place to stay. It beats all of the condos and big name luxury resorts by a mile. You have your own private oasis with everything at your finger tips. Tom has made this a true relaxation destination. Will be back for sure

Fantastic Get-Away Location

My wife and I visited for a long weekend to Treasure Island/St. Pete area and this property was the perfect accommodation. Woke up and had our coffee out on the dock, fished and then walked across the street to the beach access. Perfect location and very clean and updated spot. 10/10 will hope to book again for our next trip.

Quiet, peaceful and well equipped

We wanted a weekend away at the beach, and Riley's Resort did not disappoint! We were able to walk across the street to go to the beach, and they had beach chairs and coolers/umbrellas/beach towels to use for free. We also were able to go paddle boarding; again , they were there for our use, even including life jackets! The bed was very comfortable, and the lodging quaint. We were able to easily cook breakfast in the room. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back.

Five Stars All Around

My wife and I enjoyed this property so much, we were sad we had to leave. This is such a nice place, super clean with so much attention to detail. Everything was thought out very well. Super nice host who is excellent with communication. Highly recommended!

Hidden Treasure!

We were delighted with the property - what a jewel! It has the nicest fixtures and details inside that I've ever seen in a rental. It has an inner courtyard so we could leave our wet sandy beach gear on a table right outside our door. the shared patio is really, really spectacular :) We didn't spend much time there as we were visiting family in the area. It was really convenient to be able to use the beach chairs and the beach towels in the shed. We'd stay here again!

Perfect little retreat!

Tucked away from the busy gulf blvd, this condo was the perfect place to unplug. Small but plenty of space. All meet renovated and tasteful. And outdoors there is ample space to unwind: hammock, beach chairs, dock, outdoor shower. A real little paradise. And the owner was very responsive. Parking is tight but that is the only drawback. We loved it!!!

Great Location

My husband and I really enjoyed our 1 month stay here. Apt and property was very clean and neat. The dock in the back was a wonderful place to see dolphins and pelicans. The beach was a short walk across the street. So many things within walking distance, groceries, restaurants and little shops. Tom was a great host. We would love to stay here again. Thumbs up from us!

Tom is more than a great host! He checked in with us to see if we needed anything. The property was immaculate. The views sitting on the dock in the morning and evening were beautiful. Beach access across the street with sand that truly felt like sugar. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice and relaxing

Beautiful unit. Very clean. Close proximity to everything. Beach is just across the street. It was nice having access to beach towels, chairs, umbrella and cooler since we had flown in. The bay side of the unit is very relaxing in the evenings to sit and enjoy the water. Highly recommend.

Awesome Place!!!

The best part about this place is the access to extra gear. You don't need to worry about carting anything for the beach. There are chairs, rafts, boards, sunscreen, towels,coolers, fishing gear, and even bait buckets. The atmosphere outside at night is amazing on the back deck. Very peaceful. The beach is just across the street and a crosswalk and public beach access is right outside. The outdoor shower is amazing and easy washer & dryer access. There is also a great outdoor grilling area. Can't say enough about this place.

A secure oasis with beaucoup amenities!

This place was an absolute gem - from the secure front gate leading to the 3 units (we loved being able to leave our unit's front door open for light/access and feel safe inside this secure "compound"), to the GORGEOUS backyard oasis with Adirondack chairs, foliage/ ambiance with water view, to the dock seating/view, & the amazing outdoor kitchen w/ grill, fridge, sink and TV that we definitely utilized - I couldn't ask for more. This place is also just across the street from the soft-sand Gulf beach, and you're supplied with all amenities - SUPs, beach chairs, coolers, life jackets, etc. We loved using the outdoor shower and laying in the hammock. Our place was modern, very clean and the bed/pillows were AMAZING - like sleeping on a cloud!! Tom was very communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
