The condo was very comfortable. Views and access to the ocean great. The pool was heated and very nice. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working and was waiting for repairs.The location was convenient to many restaurants and minutes to Pier 60.The bed was comfortable, plenty of nice towels and beach towels available.All in all, a very nice 1 bedroom condo with 1.5 bathrooms!

Amazing view! The apartment is well-equipped. Vincent quickly returned our calls and solved all the problems we've had. However, there were some construction works. Location is very good. Some restaurants are across the street. The trolley's stop is next to the building.

Hidden Gem!

We had an awesome time! The condo was extremely clean and the listing was accurate. We enjoyed the privacy of the beach and all the amenities the room had to offer! We will definitely be staying again! Owners are so nice and awesome!

Beautiful Condo

Vince is a very attentive owner/caring. As the listing says, there is a major project going on with the building. One must be prepared for some days it is very loud and distracting. Not all days, but some days were very loud . It’s not anything to blame the owner for and we knew the patio wasn’t available. Having said that it’s a very nice place , beautiful pool and spa. Beaches in the area are stellar. Nice trolley to Clearwater Beach , about a 5 minute ride . Nice Shopping area a 5 min walk with restaurants and retail.

An Amazing Condo

We spent 17 nights in this wonderful condo on the beach! The unit was very clean, has comfortable furniture, and everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The view of the ocean from the living room and bedroom is beautiful. We have to say our favorite place to sit in the condo was the snack bar because it had bar height stools that allowed for the best view of the ocean. When the temperature was cool enough we loved sitting on the deck. The new patio furniture had bar height swivel stools and a table. Perfect for enjoying the view!! The building was really nice and we felt very comfortable and safe there. We had a wonderful time walking, relaxing and eating out at the nearby restaurants. Backwater Grill and The Columbia were our favorites, both in easy walking distance. We rode the Jolly Trolley several times into Clearwater beach. It was cheap, had very convenient and frequent stops, and made it very easy to visit the much more crowded side of the bridge. Nice to visit over there but we preferred the much quieter less populated beach for our daily walks, afternoon relaxing time and sunset strolls. We would certainly enjoy coming back!! 😊

Another Beautiful April!

We stayed in this condo April 1st - May 1st 2023, as well as the same month last year. We couldn’t wait to come back to this ideal location. The condo is perfect for a couple. Very clean, a comfortable king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, and the most beautiful, over sized patio. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again!

Wonderful vacation destination

We have stayed in other rentals in this area in the past but rate this as one of the finest. The location is perfect and this unit was clean, well appointed and equipped for our needs. The owner was very accommodating and responsive to any of our communication. The building and surrounding property was well equipped and maintained with active property management and security. We would not hesitate in recommending this rental to others and look forward to the opportunity of returning here when we next visit this area.

Perfect location

Booking this property was easy and straightforward, property is located on the beach at Sand Key, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Contact with the host was excellent, due to hurricane Ian's imminent arrival our host arranged alternative accommodation for us in Disney as he was concerned for our safety in Clearwater as the property was right in the coast. This was our 3rd visit to this property and would highly recommend it.
