Not what we expected

Pictures and description do not reflect the actual condition of the condo. Everything is old run down and needs Everything needs to be replaced. Beds, pillows and couch were stained and are completely worn-out. We did not even stay here one night. A complete waste of time and money.

For the price, the furniture in living room and bedrooms, other than master, need to be replaced. There shouldn’t be a queen bed in that bedroom. Way too small. The beach towels should be replaced. The pictures on the website are VERY misleading. The only things we were happy with were the pool area and the location. The kitchen ware was inadequate. Very disappointed!! The bath with the tub needs a safety bar.

Great stay!

It was a nice, clean, updated condo. It's right across the street from the beach and has a canal with a boardwalk to it behind the building. The owner was very responsive. I definitely recommend this property.

Beach Trip

Perfect time to go! Beach and area was very quiet. The unit was described correctly, had an odor when we arrived but turning on fans and lowering air removed the smell. On the second floor facing parking lot and small view of the Gulf. Dog park down the street. Kitchen could use a fan as it is in the front of the condo with no air circulating. Would recommend replacing sofas as sitting on them you sunk in. Overall would recommend and would book again. Thank you!

Great location, thoughtful owner, everything you need

Perfect for 4 adults and 2 children. Appreciated the 3 bedrooms. The directions and codes were well communicated and thoughtfully arranged.the grill was an unexpected option. The kids loved the dock for fishing (no license required off the dock). The beach was a short walk. Yes, across the road, but a very short walk.

It was okay

Location was great, across from beach. Unfortunately the ac wasn’t working. It took us forever to figure out how to contact the property manager. Once we did they were very helpful and sent a repairman over right away. Appliances worked fine. We found dirty dishes in the kitchen cabinet. Although they boast complimentary beach towel there were only two and very old and crispy. We had to out and buy new beach towels.

Great for a family getaway

Our family of 5 adults had plenty of room in this lovely condo. We booked it for our thanksgiving vacation in November 2023. The beach was beautifully kept and not at all crowded, and the pool and hot tub were an added bonus. The shared terrace, which has a great view of the sunset, is a great place to gather. Tip: in addition to laundry detergent, bring a supply of dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, and trash bags. We ran out of all three just a few days into our stay!

Friendship getaway

Quiet waters was wonderful! Definitely a quiet area right across from the beach! Three bedrooms all decently sized, worked great for our party of four. Water pressure was immaculate, definitely helped wash the salt and sand off. Well stocked with different pots, pans and utensils. Nice size pool and hot tub. The pier was great to watch the sunrise and the shared balcony was awesome to watch the sunsets. All around a beautiful stay. Negatives- had to sweep the whole place upon arrival there was alot of sand. I get it. Its florida, on the beach. So not a big deal -small ants in the living room by balcony door. Again not a big deal swept them up and disinfected the area for a couple days and they were gone. - could use a bigger tv in the living room. Just our preference. -also a personal preference but there was no recycling. -hot tub seemed dirty/sand build up.. If visiting the area I would definitely try to stay here again.

Great location and spacious!

We had a great time at Quiet Waters! Location was great, owner communication was easy, unit was spacious and tidy, views from the 5th floor shared balcony were beautiful especially at sunset. Kitchen had everything we needed, bedrooms were spacious and master shower was incredible. We loved how central the condo was to everything. We loved playing in the pool, relaxing in the hot tub, sitting at the dock and walking just steps away to the beach. Only suggestions to make our rental even better would be changing the bath towels to more absorbent as they felt more like blankets then bath towels. Also, although we didn’t spend much time in the condo watching TV, when we did at night the living area TV was a bit small and volume even at max was hard to hear. Overall we had a great stay and look forward to returning to Clearwater!!!

Family trip

We had a blast here! Everything was great! I loved just walking across the street to the beach. The area was great with a lot of restaurants to choose from. My kids loved the ocean. My only suggestion would be if you have little little kids like we do to maybe wait until they get older to stay here! The condo was perfect and had many “pretties” that I was afraid they were going to damage! A great family vacation!! Thank you so much.

Great location!!!

Had a great time with the family was able to relax. If you need a place to stay in the Indian shore's area this is one I definitely recommend. Family of four was comfortable and had a great time with the beach across the street, could easily spend a lifetime there.

Nice and calm family time

Although the weather was awful we had a lovely time at the condo. If you want to cook the kitchen has anything that you need but if you want to eat out there are plenty of restaurants nearby as well. The pool and whirlpool are nice and there is a nice dock/fishing pier on the property. Beach is across the street. It is very comfortable for a family of 5 or 6. I will definitely like to stay again.

Clean and convenient, just cross the street to the beach!

This cute condo was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated! KayTee was helpful and responsive too. We had a nice time and enjoyed the heated pool and a short walk to the beach accross the street! Indian Rocks and Indian Shores is our favorite place to vacation in the winter as the area has plenty of restraunts and amenities but isn't full of high rise condos nor 'crowded' feeling! A few suggestions that might make this rental even better would be more and better towels..we seemed to have just enough for the 3 of us, but there were no towels for pool or Beach use. It would also be nice to have thicker, more absortbant towels. Also, I was not used to the level of cleaning requested before checkout...I was hard getting out before 10am while juggling a toddler and older child and having to do dishes and bring trash to the dumpster, etc... Perhaps it saves money on the cleaning fee, but as an experienced vacation rental tenant, I am not accustomed to that level of self cleaning...just a heads up for others. A recommendation would be to get some beach conveniences, like buckets and shovels, folding chairs or, umbrellas and other 'beach toys'... We always appreciate having those when we rent a beach condo! Thank you for sharing your lovely space with us!
