We had a great stay at the house. We were in town for a football tournament, so we weren't at the house in the day time. We wanted to do have s'mores at night, but the store was out of fire wood. The host was so generous. They surprised us with wood and had it sent right to the front door with in the hour!! That made the trip.

Overall, a great experience! Very quick to respond and property was as expected. Could use a little upgrading of decor in general, but clean and a perfect space for some moms and our kids. The pool was pristine and the perfect way to keep the kids busy and us cooled off. Thank you!

The pool was very dirty

We could have had a better time if not for the following issues: The pool had green water and was cleaned and ready the day we left the house. The city inspector came to the house for inspection.The garage door got locked and could not close.

Relaxing oasis

We enjoyed the outdoor heated pool and grill in the private backyard. There were thoughtful amenities left in the bathrooms. As we stayed for a week having access to a washer and dryer was an added bonus. We would absolutely book this again for our February Florida trip. Suraj was very communicative with necessary information and answered questions promptly.

Lovely place to stay

Comfortable, clean home in a safe, quiet neighborhood not far from plenty to do. Pool was pristine and heater worked well (we swam in February). Fun pool volleyball net was included. Beds were very comfy. You can tell the owners have made updates. Would certainly stay here again!

"Absolutely loved my stay! The place was spotless and packed with amenities – from coffee and a pool table to a swimming pool, poker, Catan, and so much more. It truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was thoughtfully set up for a relaxing and fun experience. Very, very satisfied and would 100% stay here again!"

Staycation

My family and I enjoyed our staycation at Suraj’s place. We really loved the pool and bbq area in the backyard it was a very nice set up with the plants covering the fence giving us privacy from the neighbors. Suraj was an excellent host, he was very prompt to respond to all of my questions. I will try to come back again with my friends in the summer. Definitely recommend his house for a nice vacation.

Great short stay

Overall super happy with the property- the backyard and fire pit were great and the house was nice and clean. Suraj was very communicative and helpful the whole time. My only “gripe” was the pool heater was solar and it seems like it wasn't turned on to a hot enough temperature- by the time we checked in around 4 the sun was getting close to setting and there was nothing to be done to increase the temperature of the pool that late in the day. Fortunately it wasn’t freezing but still chilly to comfortably swim in especially at night. Hopefully the cleaning crew is able to set the temp high enough for next guests! Overall though a lovely experience and will definitively be back.

Beautiful!!!

This is a very beautiful house. So different and culturally so beautiful and very private backyard. There were so many things that I usually never find in other property. There are many little subtle amenities that I did not think I would find while booking this property -- coffee, baking stuffs, backyard specifically for pets, etc. I would definitely book this again if I visit Clearwater.

Nice Property

It’s a nice property and has all the amenities one could need (bonus points for the heated pool). Clean and well organized. The location is close to the airport and beaches. The host, Suraj, made sure everything was perfect till the end. Very communicative and responsive. Overall, we enjoyed the stay in the property.

Nice but...

Beware and take pics of every imperfection on entry. Host is an opportunist that will send you an outrageous bill at checkout for normal things like dirty sheets. She also blamed us for damage that was there when we arrived, such as the pool table being scratched, and her garage door not working properly. We even bought darts for the dart board (because they were all broken when we got there) and were very understanding about not being able to use the pool because the heater was broken, and having multiple appointments being made during our stay for the broken Linae, pool / yard service etc.. as well as the nosy neighbor bugging us about the trash buildup from the previous tenants. Other than that, it was great.
