  • Oh Nom! for whatever reason the dining room was empty when we walked in. The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

Lovely place to stay! So close to the ocean plus on the intercoastal waters also. Best sunsets ever and sunrises at the dock. Host is very welcoming. I will definitely again!

Great stay!

I loved that the beach was right across the street and there were shops down the road and plenty of restaurants. The area was clean and felt safe walking even at night. The place was clean and roomy, enough towels and hangers. We brought our Roku and that was definitely helpful! Amazing!

Nice place. Very clean and everything we needed to stay there. Some leftover problems in the are from a hurricane but that will be back to normal before long I think. Still loved the stay. would go back, for sure.

Very nice place . Convenient . You are minutes from St Pete ( down town) the beaches , just about anything you want to do . A couple from TA Tiki bar which is a great place for food drink and live music .

Christmas Fun

This was a very clean and well stocked condo….we enjoyed being so close to the beach and places to visit in the area…Treasure Island, St. Petersburg, Gulfport, Dunedin…we love the opportunity to see and do things…and love being able to spend time on the beach…we will be back!

Location, Location, Location

This property is primarily owner condominiums. So, it is well maintained and does have certain rules that help make it a peaceful place to stay. Owners were very friendly and helpful if needed. The property does have a pool but Sunset Beach is right across the street -- the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, sugar white sands, many shells! And Caddy's and Ka' Tiki are a short walk down the beach for food and nightly music entertainment. On the back side of the property is Boca Ciega Bay. The property has a very fine dock on which to sit and watch dolphin and other Florida wildlife. Or if you like to fish, the dock is set up for you to catch and clean your catch. All around a pleasant place to stay.

Ideal Relaxation

The beach nest was perfect for our stay. It is located in a quiet area, but with food & fun not too far away. The very quick walk to the beach is my favorite part of the location. Bed was comfortable and the apartment had everything we could need for a week get away! Would for sure stay again!

Perfect Beach getaway

The Beach Nest never disappoints, super clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for your stay. It is in a perfect location, across the quiet street to the private beach, and yet many great restaurants and stores within a couple miles, even a few within walking distance. Jeff and Virginia are wonderful hosts and we can't wait to return to the Beach Nest later this year.

Great condo and location

Beach Nest is a nice, comfortable condo in a great location. Perfect for a couples getaway. The Condo has everything you need, well stocked with appliances, good pans and dishware, plenty of kitchen, bath, and beach towels, blankets, extra sheets and pillows. Nice couch and chair in livingroom, and room darkening drapes in bedroom. The condo is quiet, has a view of the intercoastal from bedroom, and is a very short walk to the beach, across the quiet street. Jeff was easy and very nice to work with. Highly recommend and would stay again.

We loved being so close to beach & beautiful views behind our condo. ( #2 ). Equiped with all you need. Only complaint is the uncomfortable sofa! We were there in winter & pool not heated but I'm a beach person anyway & that was ok with me. Loved having a clothes line option for my wet suit.

Very nice condo in a great location

The condo was awesome! It was clean and had everything I could need. The owner Jeff was very helpful and communicated quickly. The only negative I had was with the very nosy head of the association lady and the property manager guy named Micky I think. He was just rude! They clearly don’t like people who are just renting for vacation and don’t actually live there. Other then those two my stay was great. My nephew had a blast playing in the pool and walking to the beach.

Easy access to the water!

This place offers easy access to the water, both the canal and the Gulf! We enjoyed the pool and ocean. This place was perfect for our family of three. Just what we needed. We liked that this was a less traveled area because it was down a 'no outlet' peninsula. It was perfect.
