The master bedroom features a plush king bed, while the guest room offers a cozy queen bed—both equipped with flat-screen TVs and ceiling fans for ultimate comfort.

    Just bring your swimsuit and sunscreen! Spend your days lounging by the pool, soaking in one of the Jacuzzis, or letting little ones splash in the kiddie pool. Mornings start right with fresh coffee and pastries at the onsite café, while evenings invite relaxation with a tropical drink in the lush courtyard.

We enjoyed our time here although disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. We called to have floors cleaned again. Pull out couch had mattress with springs poking through the mattress. Called to have this replaced as we had four children and needed all the sleeping space we could get. When replaced, it didn’t even fit to fold back into the couch. Would have appreciated a well -stocked condo with cooler for the beach and more beach towels for larger families, wagon to carry items to/from beach. Beach chairs were rusty that were provided in room. Appreciated communication with host who tried to be helpful for last minute needs or questions.

Great management, disappointing view

Lots of construction blocking the view, very noisy and it wasn't disclosed in the description. Management was very helpful and fully credited out stay.

We have stayed at Sunset Vista before with VRBO and had a wonderful time again. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable and room was supplied all we needed to buy was our food.

Fantastic Stay

The condo was a comfortable size for our family of four and offered essentials for the kitchen and beach. Loved the close vicinity to the beach and ocean view from the balcony. We enjoyed John's Pass Village & Boardwalk for dinner and shopping during our stay.

The view from the balcony was beautiful and the pool was a favorite hang out. The bar was nice. We did not eat at the restaurant but others did and the food looked great. The property was very clean and nice. This place was very bare minimum as in no dish soap, sponges, minimal paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. Our washer broke day one and flooded half of the kitchen which we had to mop up, repeatedly, as the drum just kept draining. I had to call multiple times for someone to come out and they just sucked up the floor and turned the water off. It was a weekend so maybe thats why it took so long for someone to come out or call me. The washer was finally fixed around 4pm the day before we had to leave (by 10am) so that was a pain. I also had to call for that update as well. The towel bar in the master bathroom was broken off the wall, which is an easy fix and unacceptable when paying what you pay for this place. Do not use the couch bed/pull out. It is very, very uncomfortable. I would not count that as a bed unless youre throwing some tiny kids on it that weigh nothing. All in all this vacation was great and Im not complaining to complain but when you pay this much for a place you expect certain things. I was disappointed with a few of them. I was very pateint with the washer and mopping up the mess and the missing towel bar but at the end of the day those things matter and should be mentioned.

Nice condo. Limited kitchen accessories.

This property was as represented, well kept up and nicely decorated. Nice patio with a great view. Building is very well maintained with a great pool and beach access. Cafe and tiki bar on site were not great. Utilized cafe once and avoided the rest of the stay. Tiki bar was very bare bones. Lousy expensive drinks. Didn’t matter because we packed a cooler for the beach each day. Restaurants and bars within a mile or so, but limited in immediate vicinity. Kitchen had the basics but limited accessories. Not sure I understand why there is a coffee maker, but no filters. I guess I should have assumed, but that was annoying. No salt or pepper or any basic stuff. You need to bring absolutely everything. Hot and cold faucets were reversed in the second bathroom. Weird. Overall nice condo. Nothing extra, but a great space. Beach is really nice and directly accessible. If you rent chairs they are $10 a piece and an umbrella is $20. The area did not measure up based on other places we have stayed in Florida, but we would recommend the property if this is your destination.

Thanksgiving tradition

We have been coming to the Sunset Vistas for years with our extended family. It’s fun to see the different units and how they are decorated. We really liked this unit and would reserve it again.

Beautuful Condo

Very clean, nicely furnished and everything that you need is there! We especially enjoyed the view of the ocean and the pool. It was a short walk to the beach, pool and tiki bar with a cafe on the second floor. The shake shop with delicious and reasonable priced ice cream and hot dogs Was right beside the condo's. My sister and I highly recomend this Condo for your Awesome vacation!

This was our 6 th stay at Sunset Vistas and we’ve never been disappointed.

This particular unit was perfect except it was lacking in silverware. Salt and pepper would have been really nice. It was immaculate.
