This house was so close to the beach and activities. It was in a quiet neighborhood. The neighbors were very nice and helpful. It had more than enough room for our whole party. We also got to check in early, which was nice. We had a wonderful stay!

My friends and family came together for a mini vacation and had a wonderful time the property was perfect for what we needed and very close to the beach! We loved it!!

It was a very nice neighborhood. The house is older and had some minor issues but overall a great stay. The manager was very attentive and nice with very fast response for issues. All in all a good experience.

Great location! We were able to visit family, shopping, the beach and great food within a 20 minute drive. Plenty of room for the family. Game room was an added bonus. We received quick responses and an earlier check in time upon our arrival. We will stay here again.

Great place!

Family of 10 here, we had a great time! The house was great, it’s in a perfect location. We wanted to extend our trip for two days and the host was able to accommodate us!

4 generations from 4 states came together for a family reunion here for a week. Close to beach, grocery stores, etc. Quite neighborhood.

Great Family Vacation

The house was in a great location, close to our favorite beach. The beds were comfortable, the house had a cute beach theme, everything you’d need to stay away from home, and very roomy!

Property has the potential to be a wonderful place to stay. However I found the Property is poorly managedLandscaping is neglected and overgrown to the point where using the outdoor was not pleasurable. Outside windows were found to be dirty and mold was found around the window in the tiny master bathroom. I had to clean the mold myself as I chose not to breath in mold spores any more as it was affecting my health.Wasps have found a home in the garage where the laundry Room is located. This was brought to the attention of the property manager along with cockroaches seen in the house.A pest control company was called by the manager however for some reason they were not able to see the 4 hives on the garage wall.Table lamps in the Master bedroom were not working. This was also brought to the attention of the manager who promised to address this however we checked out after a weeks stay with no resolution. As I said from the start this old home has great potential. The house sits on an oversized lot, 4 comfortable bedrooms fully stocked kitchen and a playroom for the kids. Hope this helps both management and potential travelers.

Lovely rental

This was a perfect stay for myself and my kids when visiting the area. Super close to anything and everything you could want. Beautiful kitchen and cozy bedrooms. Hope to visit again soon!!!

We had a wonderful experience staying here! The beach was near by & we really enjoyed going to Indian shores over Clearwater, Indian shores was just more peaceful ( less people) We also really enjoyed the local coffee shops & food We were traveling with our 3 kids & my son & two grandkids came by to eat. There was plenty of room & they really enjoyed the game room.

Good house for the price

The house is older and not all the outlets worked, but overall it was a great find for all of us. Well located to drive to the beach and a lot of things to do within 30 minutes. Would definitely stay there again
