Do not book unless you like paying for a dirty rental! We requested an early check-in and was denied due to "cleaning and maintenance". When we arrived I always do a scan and video of the place I rent. The furniture is old and stained, floors dirty, no handle on the sliding glass door, cigarette ash on the patio, trash in bedroom, dirty dishes and completely dusty. It appears that all they did was make the beds and provide clean towels! With Covid every unit should always have a deep clean and this was not the case by any means. The condo was filthy. They charge cleaning fees only not to clean! There was no water pressure in the primary bedroom bath so only 1 shower could be used. If you think you're going to cook - think again. The kitchen is filled with whatever leftover items the owner did not want. No lids to pots, nothing to bake on - by no means "fully equipped". Just expect to make some basic meals if you choose to cook. In the middle of our stay we got a knock on the door and that they wanted to do pest control. It was early morning and we were not dressed yet. When we dressed and opened the door to allow them in they were gone. We waited all day for them to come back and never did. I called the office to ask if they would be returning as we stayed in the unit all day waiting and was told that there must of been some miscommunication. During that phone call I also informed of the dirty condo and he said it would be taken care of. No response, no action. I followed up with an email only to then be told that they received no notification and sorry for thr inconvenience. Didn't try to compensate by at least refunding me my cleaning fee. They seem to be fully aware, lazy and could care less about any issues. They even sent me an email asking if I had any issues to notify them. Seems to me that this email is sent because they already know there's going to be issues and on top of it do nothing about it! Don't waste your money here!
