Perfect location!

It was our daughter’s first ocean/beach experience so being able to be on the beach was perfect! The pool and hot tub were great options when we felt done with the beach. Great location for shopping and restaurants that are family friendly. We will be back!

As described, beach front condo with easy access to hot tub, pool and THE BEACH! Easy walking distance to convenience stores, restaurants and shopping. Condo was clean and stocked as stated in description. Perfect for our stay.

Great location and access to activities and beach. Condo accommodated our needs. Fully stocked kitchen, starter essentials provided. Condo was clean and well maintained. Fridge made a bit of noise here and there but did not affect our stay.

Great beach spot

This was a great spot for my husband, my mother, my 12 year old son, and I to vacation. It has beautiful views and a lovely pool and beach. We could easily walk to John's Pass and groceries were only a short distance away. Plenty of activities were nearby or you can just relax at the condo. The condo was clean and well-cared for. The kitchen was well equipped. I'd definitely stay here again.

Sea Breeze Condo

This condo was perfect for our family of 6. It was close to the beach and walking distance to John's Pass. It was great being in the 1st floor so we didn't have to wait for elevators. The view was amazing and we even saw dolphins from our patio!! There were 2 beach chairs and boogie boards provided. The owners were very receptive to my concern about the pool not working. Overall I'd come back here again, awesome place!!

Great location.

The place was clean and the location was perfect. Our only suggestion is to get the refrigerator repaired as it makes a lot of noise and is disruptive to sleep. Also update the TVs as it was a challenge to get them working properly. The elevators were very slow but this property bring on the 1st floor helps.The pool was not opened and the workers were there all day which was loud since the pool is right below this unit. I would recommend this location once the pool is opened as it is conveniently located.

Shhh don’t tell anyone how awesome this place is!

Quiet, peaceful and beautiful location. The condo has everything you need. Communication with the property manager is quick and simple. Love that there are no keys and that everything is by code. Beach is gorgeous and a very easy short walk. I am slightly handicapped and this property including the pool were easily accessed for me. Thanks for a great 65th birthday celebration!

Great family trip

Condo was just as described. Oceanfront and balcony overlooked the pool. I could sit outside and keep an eye on my teenagers swimming in the pool. It was a short walk to the beach and short walk to John’s Pass shopping and restaurants. The best part for us was the large table and chairs on the balcony. We had most of our meals overlooking the ocean and could see the sunset from the balcony. This was our 2nd time renting this condo and will definitely be back in 2026.

Beautiful spot!!

We loved our stay - what a location! Beautiful sunset views, everything you need in the condo. Great to be on the first floor as all other tenants will agree - the elevator is super slow and often gets “stuck” on the 6th floor. Check in process and communication from owners easy and wonderful. We will return to the Sea Breeze!!
