Gorgeous 1st floor condo (elevated above the parking garage, so basically 2nd floor) with a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. Prime location - able to walk the beach for miles to the north and the building is centrally located with access to numerous restaurants & just a few minutes' drive to different communities. The kitchen was well stocked & beach items were also available for our use. Received great communication with itrip (manager) from the time it was booked thru our last day, receiving quick responses to any questions we had. The only issue was being located directly above the pool & hot tub - loud gate noise & conversations carried as we kept the doorwall open. It does not give much privacy on the balcony, but we got used to it and had breakfast on the balcony every morning.

The location was great, right on the beach, walking distance to Johns pass and lots of other restaurants. 7-11 right across the street for smaller items or publix just a minute away. Had a great pool and bbq area. The host was very responsive.

Perfect location!

It was our daughter’s first ocean/beach experience so being able to be on the beach was perfect! The pool and hot tub were great options when we felt done with the beach. Great location for shopping and restaurants that are family friendly. We will be back!

As described, beach front condo with easy access to hot tub, pool and THE BEACH! Easy walking distance to convenience stores, restaurants and shopping. Condo was clean and stocked as stated in description. Perfect for our stay.

Great location and access to activities and beach. Condo accommodated our needs. Fully stocked kitchen, starter essentials provided. Condo was clean and well maintained. Fridge made a bit of noise here and there but did not affect our stay.

Great beach spot

This was a great spot for my husband, my mother, my 12 year old son, and I to vacation. It has beautiful views and a lovely pool and beach. We could easily walk to John's Pass and groceries were only a short distance away. Plenty of activities were nearby or you can just relax at the condo. The condo was clean and well-cared for. The kitchen was well equipped. I'd definitely stay here again.

Sea Breeze Condo

This condo was perfect for our family of 6. It was close to the beach and walking distance to John's Pass. It was great being in the 1st floor so we didn't have to wait for elevators. The view was amazing and we even saw dolphins from our patio!! There were 2 beach chairs and boogie boards provided. The owners were very receptive to my concern about the pool not working. Overall I'd come back here again, awesome place!!

Great location.

The place was clean and the location was perfect. Our only suggestion is to get the refrigerator repaired as it makes a lot of noise and is disruptive to sleep. Also update the TVs as it was a challenge to get them working properly. The elevators were very slow but this property bring on the 1st floor helps.The pool was not opened and the workers were there all day which was loud since the pool is right below this unit. I would recommend this location once the pool is opened as it is conveniently located.

Shhh don’t tell anyone how awesome this place is!

Quiet, peaceful and beautiful location. The condo has everything you need. Communication with the property manager is quick and simple. Love that there are no keys and that everything is by code. Beach is gorgeous and a very easy short walk. I am slightly handicapped and this property including the pool were easily accessed for me. Thanks for a great 65th birthday celebration!
