Perfect for our Needs
We wanted a clean, comfortable place that was convenient to our function at Innisbrook Tennis facility, yet far enough away to provide peace and quiet in a tranquil setting. This was perfect. The condo was well equipped with everything we could use to make our stay comfortable! Near to restaurants, shopping, and location perfect.

Cute condo - Nice place to stay
The property was clean, had everything we needed. Couldn't find the garbage disposal for a while -- it's a button actually on the sink -- lol. Security going into the resort.

Very quiet and clean unit. The view is quite nice. The communication for the contract, arrival and departure was excellent. The security staff hangs out in the parking lot, so one feels safe? The frying pans were in less than desirable shape. Contacted leasing staff and first response, they would take care of it after our departure. Shortly after receiving that text message, the leasing staff said they would replace in approx 1 hr. No hot pads for cooking, no dish rack to place clean dishes in while washing, only 2 regular sized coffee cups, coffee machine's heating element also scorched, throw rug in living area dirty as well as the rug in the bathroom. The pillows were super fluffed and hard. They made a nice presentation for the bed, but difficult to sleep with. My impression the condo is in a desired location, but cheaply furnished and maintained.

Peaceful and Scenic!
I stayed a week and could have stayed longer. Property is very peaceful. The condo is the perfect size. Much nicer and less expensive than a hotel room. The small kitchen had full size appliances and plenty of counter space. The view was possibly one of the best in Innisbrook. So many water birds around the ponds. Even fox squirrels! It's a very scenic golf course with older trees. Nice place to walk, as well.

Extremely well maintained golf resort.
Unit was recently renovated and is tastefully decorated. Furnishings are clean and comfortable. Kitchen is new and is well equipped. Unit was clean except for a few hairballs (animal hair) on the floor. Covered patio is very spacious and offers a golf course view. The patio furniture is not very appealing or comfortable. Overall it was a positive experience.

Nice and safe
An adequate size for two adults. Balcony is large and overlooks the golf course so a very nice view. Having the laundry room just down the hall from condo was handy. The one thing I didn't pick up on from the pictures was there is no coffee or end tables to put a beverage on. The beds were very comfy but you couldn't put a/c below 73 so for northerners or hot sleepers that could be a downturn. There are ceiling fans so if you don't mind them you should be cool enough. The grounds are vast and well kept with a guard at the entry gate. Very safe feeling. Would rent again.
