  • Oh Nom! for whatever reason the dining room was empty when we walked in. The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

We loved the location, pool,locals, and other guests. A little disappointed in how dated the condo was- a lot of wear and tear and the carpet is def in need of replacement. Would love to stay in same complex just not a repeat in this place. Roger was extremely responsive prior to trip. Didn’t bother him during trip.

Overall we had a great stay. The location is fantastic with the beach access right off the parking lot. The condo is a little dated but clean. Small things like slightly loose flooring and a lack of available outlets were apparent but not a deal breaker. The owner was responsive when we did have questions. The kitchen utensils were old and worn, some had just spots. The towels provided were also worn and thin. The pool was heated and the kids loved it. A few small updates and this would be a 5 out of 5

The condo was in a perfect location and very clean. A good value for the money. However, it is an older building and neighborhood. The entry stairwells have well worn carpet and don't present a good image. Once inside, the condo was welcoming. Nice view of the pool and a glimpse of the ocean. No elevator so not a good choice for someone who is not able to climb stairs.

Cute little condo overlooking the pool and beach. The beach is very accessible and walking distance. The location is very nearby the main road (Gulf) which led us to shopping , great food options, and cocktail spots. It was perfect for our time there

Instructions were clear and bang on. Host is extremely responsive and friendly. Great location. About as close to the beach as one can get without having it in your backyard. Parking easy. You hear the floor above you, and so there's some uncertainty there. Tub needs a little TLC, and perhaps the couch. To be fair, owner can only act with knowledge -- host is great, guessing this will be remedied. Carpets, bedding, towels, all clean. Beach and pool toys for kids were great. Quiet vibe in and around the building. Pool was clean. Not crowded. Kids had a great time.

Wonderful Family Spring Break

The unit is perfectly sized and on the pool side of Friendly Native. Has everything you need and matches the description. There is a closet with beach/pool necessities from past renters that made life very easy. We will return and rent this unit again.

The unit was very outdated Carpet on floors not sanitaryVery bad smell, had to open the windows to air out, ceil8ng fan very dusty said there would be new dish rag got a used scrubber Beds were so so. The heater on pool I think was shut off near last days was too cold for kids to enjoy.Location was good though

Another Friendly Native stay

We loved it but they lacked a bit of the accoutrements that would attract a second stay. We had to buy some essentials like toilet paper, dish soap, and beach chairs. Great, clean apartment but a little bit goes a long way. Greatly appreciate the accommodations.

Fantastic in Florida!

We had the best time at The Friendly Native condos. It’s a perfect location & with all the free ride services, we didn’t have to worry about anything! Would definitely recommend & plan on coming back!

Awesome place

My family and I were very pleased with our stay. It was very close to the beach and the pool was always clean and empty. It was close to local shops. I think the room needs a bit of updated - no more carpets and more of an open concept look- but it was big enough for my family. Thank you.

Beautiful St. Pete Beach.

This was our first vacation to St. Pete Beach. We loved the area and would return again. The condo was in a good location and is in close proximity to the beach. We enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious for the three of us.

Perfect location

Property was as described clean and well-maintained fully furnished it had everything we needed for the week. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again. My only complain is it did get a little noisy at night from the below and above floors on a few nights but nothing that would keep me from coming back.
