Communication was excellent. Proximity to the beach was so nice, not a lot of walking. The starter pack of supplies was wonderful and appreciated.
Beautiful sunsets on the balcony!
Cooked fresh Mahi Mahi and shrimp in the condo.

Almost fully recovered from the hurricane. Looks beautiful. Hot tub and pool are great. Love the security. The condo is beautiful and has all you need. Beach and sunsets the best.

We loved our stay. There were a few issues. The patio door does not lock. One of the lights by the couch didn't work and that same side did not recline. The pool was closed for a day and hot tub was down. They also paved the parking lot and we had to return golf cart a day early. But the condo and view were, otherwise fantastic.

Property is still in the process of recovering from the previous hurricanes. Nice condo but not what we would call luxurious or 5 star. Places in condo where Sheetrock had been repaired but not painted. Floor not finished either. The bed in master was okay but the bed in guest room was very uncomfortable. Need better quality & more paper goods (toliet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc). Beach chairs provided, but they don’t recline. If you want a lounge chair, they are for rent at 40 day for 2 chairs & umbrella. The patio was wonderful! The view was absolutely fabulous!! Parking was easy and convenient. Nice pool. Spa not working yet.

Loved the small condo building and more private vibe! The condo itself was well equipped and very comfortable! We loved the beach chairs and umbrella in the condo and spent most of our time on the gorgeous beach and in the water! Love the clean beach and property!!

Great condo on a beautiful beach

The condo is very well appointed and very clean. The location is great and the property manager responses to all questions. The pool isn't open now but I'm told it will be soon. The beach is beautiful.

Tampa & the Final 4

We had purchased tickets for the Women's Final Four and decided we would also take a small beach vacation; thus, our selection of this property. What a great choice!!! Right on the beach with great sunset views and great eating establishments in the area. The unit itself was more than adequate for our group of four, VERY CLEAN, and all appliances we used were in good working order. Reservations were easy and check-in/checkout procedures were not difficult. The only reason we could not give a fifth star to "Cleanliness of Property" was the lobby restoration from storm damage on the first floor. The work going on did not affect our access or inhibit any of our activities. Was a Great week for us at a great place on the beach; would most definitely stay here again!!.

Nice stay!

We had a wonderful experience. The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was absolutely perfect, with easy access to the beach.There were a couple of minor drawbacks that kept me from giving it a full 5-star rating. While the kitchen was equipped with most of what we needed, there were only 2 dish towels and no wash rags. Additionally, there were only three bathroom towels provided for each bathroom, which felt a bit sparse for a longer stay.Despite these small issues, the condo was a great place to stay, and I would definitely consider coming back. It’s a perfect spot for enjoying the beach and the surrounding area!

Great view right on the first floor and a palm tree out the window (palm tree enhances the view it doesn’t obstruct it as I thought maybe when we booked it) would absolutely stay here again and will. Wonderful restaurants and bars and coffee walking distance

Lovely Madeira Beach Condo

This condo was as expected and just as the listing showed. Being born and raised in Florida, I know sand gets everywhere. I wish this condo didn’t have the rugs, as they were very sandy upon arrival. I just put them away and swept. There was a slight clog in the bathroom sink but maintenance came quickly to fix it. Everything else was great and we enjoyed our staycation!

Beautiful Condo on a Beautiful Beach

Wonderful, clean condo. Exactly like shown. Loved all the extras like, beach chairs and noodles. Also, plenty of towels. It was great to have laundry access and everything we needed for the kitchen. Only thing, it does get very warm on the screened in lanai. Any type of small fan would be nice to circulate the air. Overall, we will definitely be back to this beautiful home.

Long weekend

This was one of the best places we have stayed! Very clean and nice. We would love to stay here again. The only thing I would say to correct is the fitted sheet on the bed kept coming off but that’s an easy fix.

Great condo and well furnished. First floor unit, the beach was so close and easy to access. Views of the ocean and beach were exceptional from the room. A second key to access the pool and beach would be appreciated.

Great View!

We loved being right on the beach. True oceanfront unit. We wondered if being on a higher floor might be better, but actually really enjoyed the first floor with the two beautiful palms in front. Dolphin sightings every day and awesome sunsets when the cloud cover is right. The beach chairs, toys, umbrellas and towels were most appreciated. The pool was also very clean given the proximity to the beach.

Wonderful Beach Stay

We have stayed at an Aerie Dam property for the last 4 years. We love the beach and the amenities ae great. There's a local group of sundown worshipers that stop by at least once a week that we enjoy watching and occasionally interacting with. The balconies are perfect for beach watching without getting too much sun.

Everything you could want in a beach vacation

We're very picky about where we stay, and we chose another gem here! Clean, well appointed, comfortable condo with amazing views, close to John's Pass and other eateries/bars, but not too close! Calm, uncrowded beach, great for seashelling, dolphin watching, relaxing, and enjoying the Gulf! We would not hesitate to stay here again and hope to again soon! Highly recommended!
