We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described— clean and located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The host responded quickly and we had great communication from the booking and throughout our stay. As a small suggestion for future stays, adding a few more hooks in the bathrooms and bedrooms for wet towels and toiletry bags would be very convenient. Also, a cement walkway or some pavers near the entrance would be a great addition, as the area can flood a bit after a hard rain. Overall, a great place that we’d highly recommend.

Nice Stay

Cozy little place that is super easy to get to basically anywhere you want to go in the area. Communication was spot on, and would definitely stay again.

Amazing

It was a very nice little space to call home for a week. It was in a great area lots of stuff to do around thats in walking distance and 10-15 minute drives.

Mother/Daughter Trip

My daughter and I spent the week soaking up the sun in Florida. The house was perfect for our needs. It was close to the beaches, in a very quiet neighborhood, and had great amenities. I would recommend this location to any couple. It is a very small space so not ideal for more than two people.

Beautiful, Modern and clean

We are not long back from a 10 night stay at this beautiful little place. Very clean and everything we needed for our stay. Very quiet neighbourhood and a great spot for morning walks.Great location , everything you needed was only a short drive away . We would definitely stay here again. The bed was comfortable and everything we needed for our stay was there for us. Just a sweet little getaway spot .

A Great Stay!

This home was wonderful! Everything we needed was in the home and the beds were comfortable! I think the shower was our favorite! We were conveniently located by several shops and restaurants. It was also very close to my 80 year old grandmother who we were visiting. I would definitely stay again!

Largo Stay

We enjoyed our stay with Melissa. Security was a concern for me and they were the most secure property that I have stayed at. Thank you! The neighborhood was very nice. The location was close enough to shopping, eating and entertainment. The unit itself was clean and set up really nice. There were a few maintenance issues, which I'm confident Melissa will have taken care of.I will definitely be coming back.

House was as described

House was perfect for our quick getaway. Location was perfect only about 15 minutes each way we needed to go. House was clean and ready when we got there. Owner was very responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Delightful apartment.

Delightful apartment set in a quiet neighbourhood yet only minutes to the beach. This is a very clean and well equipped apartment with everything you need. The chairs for the beach are a great addition as it means you can enjoy the beach in comfort. Indian Rocks Beach is only a few minutes drive. Would highly recommend for a relaxing stay in the area.

Lovely apartment in great location.

We really enjoyed the apartment - very easy to communicate with the hosts - we had a small bump on arrival with some things not being ready but the hosts very quickly handled the issue - they were very friendly -would definitely stay again - very convenient to Phillies spring training and beach - comfy bed and nice kitchen

Clearwater Get Away

Property was just as advertised. We extended our stay by two days with no problems . Location was close to everything. Beach chairs and umbrella was a nice touch. It is a single dwelling split in two. Some stepping stones to the door would be good.

Seccond stay

House hunting

Did not realize that the property was two units. I think it would make more sense if the parking was changed around. We didn't realize that we would not have a washer/dryer. Overall the property was amazing!!!

Nice place

Overall very nice, well equipped and tastefully decorated. However, no sidewalk to the door and you have to walk over the front grass to get to it. Also needs step to enter. Bath is very small with no towel bars or shelves. No hand hold in shower. Inside very nice, with all you need to spend a week, or as we did 15 days.

Cute Little Apartment

This is a cute little apartment. It was centrally located to the areas we had planned for our mini vaca. Perfect for young couple but not for a mature couple. The sunset on the side with the bedroom which heated the room without central air the unit in the living room wasn’t able to cool the room. The mattress is very firm. Pillows were perfect. The living area was nicely decorated. The area rug was curled in one place and husband tripped on it several times unfortunately it was in the high traffic area and could not be avoided.

DO NOT STAY HERE

I had a nightmare experience with this property and the host. We discovered roaches on our first day, and our host was not helpful in trying to find a resolution. So, we reached out to VRBO support, and they contacted the host, who then entered our unit to confront us and was threatening and hostile. We did not feel safe staying here at all and do not recommend this property nor VRBO to anyone.

Will book again!

Im not one to typically leave reviews, but i feel like this is worthy of one. My son and I came down for a long weekend. I always look at previous reviews to get a feeling for what a place and host's are about. Once we received check-in instructions we did so. Everything is very clear and access was smooth. I dont think ive ever had such amazing communication with a host! Melissa was awesome! The place really does have everything you would need for a get away. Its clean. Its comfortable. The decor is esthetically pleasing! The location is great especially if you plan on spending time at the beach like us. Dont worry about beach gear, because they have that covered too! Will absolutely be booking again! Melissa, thank you for you amazing communication and we plan to re-book in the next month or two!

Important Details to Know Before Booking

The unit was clean and in a quiet area, but several aspects of the listing were misleading or unclear. This is actually a duplex. The space feels like the smaller half of a converted house, with the other unit having more amenities (pool, washer/dryer), a more convenient entrance and driveway access.The listing mentions a patio/deck, but there’s no deck, and the “patio” is just a couple chairs in mulch. Listing photos show a level pad made of pavers, but in reality there are only a few, some stacked to form a cramped and awkward makeshift step.Parking is also awkward: you’re assigned the far-left side of a shared driveway, while your entrance is on the far right with no walkway—just grass or mud if it rains.This unit does not have a washer/dryer. While technically not listed as included, most homes do have one, and this absence should be more clearly disclosed.Other issues: a broken toilet paper holder, no towel hooks, and unclear A/C setup. Listing says central A/C, but you can’t control it (thermostat must be in the other unit); the unit relies on a mini split.Overall, fine for a short stay, but clearer descriptions and small fixes would improve the experience.
