Had a wonderful stay. Old school, U-shaped building around a pool creates a nice opportunity to socialize. Frank, the property manager, is fantastic!

Frank the caretaker is the ONLY pleasant aspect of this place. In his 12+ hour work day, he was very accommodating. Otherwise, everything about this place is trash. Expedia should do a better job of qualifying properties before they list them.

Upon checkin I was charged more money with no explanation of what it was for and no receipt was given for it. I thought that when I paid Vrbo that all fees were included. Also the only air conditioner is located in the bedroom so the living room and kitchen end up getting warm. There was also no microwave or washing machine in the unit. I ended up having to wipe things down and sweep the floors as that had not been done. But it was a great location to be in Clearwater but not in all the craziness of Clearwater. We took our electric scooters and it took us no time at all to get to the pier and do whatever we wanted without driving our car and paying for parking. On FYI, you only get 1 parking pass at the hotel and we were not able to get or even pay for an extra one.
