Great condo with incredible views! Perfect size for my family of four to stay and enjoy the beach. (2 adults and 2 teenagers) Close to a lot of restaurants and fun things to do on those non-beach days as well. Pool area was great!! Onsite staff was friendly and helpful as well.One small thing- the beach chairs provided in the unit are more camping style/bag chairs. We would have preferred beach chairs that recline a bit- but those can also be rented on the beach- and are available for a cost. Overall- We would definitely stay at this property again!

The condo is beautiful. The beds and furniture all perfect. Very up to date.The view of the gulf was the best. You can’t beat the view.Lisa and Garth got back to you immediately. All in all it was a great 2 week vacation! NM from Pennsylvania.

The balcony view was breathtaking. The owners keep this property very clean. Any time I had questions, the host was very responsive and accommodating. Great place for families and anyone who loves the beach and a great view. We would stay again.

Hesitated leaving a review based on the hosts harsh responses to others' constructive feedback...this place could be amazing but has some opportunities.Context: Stayed mid-Oct. Perfect weather, entire area wasn't crowded. One adult and two kids (10 & 12).Pros- Top floor, corner unit, wonderful view- Resort is beautiful, clean, friendly staff, nice pools, lots of seating, umbrellas & amenities- In-unit kitchen, washer & dryer- Had beach chairs, toys, towels & fishing gear- Very quiet & unit remains cool w/ a/c set at 78 with the curtains drawnCons- Beds are horrible, esp the main one (large, visible indentions & very noisy/flimsy feeling); I slept on the couch 5 out of 7 nights- Saw several water bugs or cockroaches in the kitchen & main bathroom; we didn't put suitcases or bags on the floor- Messaged the hosts right away about the bathtub drain & remotes for lights not working; they thanked me for letting them know but never followed up or addressed either issue- The body wash container kept falling off the wall & the lid broke; I messaged the owners right away & apologized but they never responded- Closet door handles are all loose & makes them hard to use- Very limited dresser space in both roomsBased on hosts' lack of follow-up and harsh response to other guest reviews, I didn't bother sending them a message about other issues.
Main bed has deep indentations on both sides and is very uncomfortable

This condo was probably the cleanest rental I have ever visited. Everything we needed was provided. Salt, pepper, cooking oil, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, some sunscreen, laundry detergent, and the softest linens for the pull out sofa. I do prefer an ice maker but there were ice cube trays so that was fine. We had a covered parking spot that was right beside the elevator. Short walk to the beach! There is a tiki bar on site so that is something to consider with children. There were a few rowdy people around the pool and at the beach but nothing we couldn’t tolerate. I would 10/10 recommend this condo!

White sand beach!! Covered parking in one of the most convenient, reserved stalls! This is the best room at Sunset Vista’s! Clean, private and the view is second to none!! Also the hosts were fantastic! Thank you for making our stay so incredible!

Gorgeous view of a beautiful white sandy beach! Easy access to beach and amenities. The parking spot was close to the elevator so it was easy to pack everything in for our extended stay. We enjoyed our stay over Labor Day. I was surprised that the beach was not crowded for such a major holiday. The kiddie pool was great for my grandbaby to splash in. We had everything we needed close by. It was all we wanted with a great view, easy beach access, and close enough to go back for the baby to have a nap. The only trouble we had was parking a second car because there's only a few "vistor parking" spots. If it wasn't peak days, it would probably be better.

Fun week at the beach!

Loved our stay at Sunset Vista. Room was clean and easily accessible even though it’s on the top floor. Elevator is right next to assigned parking spot. Perfect view of the sunset every evening. Beach toys provided! Chairs provided! Super affordable umbrella rental service directly out in front of property.

Favorite beach trip so far

We were a little confused with the assigned parking but the front desk was very helpful and gave us a map to find it. Room was as described and had the beach front view that was a major requirement. I know every trip can be different but we had no issues with any of the guest, were worried with a bar located next to the pool area that things could get rowdy. The beach was amazing, soft sand and not a far walk that we have had at other beaches. We were extremely pleased and can't wait to come back next summer, if not sooner.

Wonderful Gulf Views!

This unit is exactly as described. Clean, quiet, comfy bed and stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. The building is still under construction from the storms so the pool area was roped off and a bit cramped but that will ease up once it’s done. The only very very minor negative about the unit is the lack of beach equipment (which the owner is very upfront about in the listing) . If you’re going to do long beach days, either bring your own or plan on renting. Overall, a super nice stay and you really can’t beat sitting on your private balcony watching the sun set over the Gulf every night!

The property was just as described and pictured, easy access to beach and close to attractions and amenities. The place was super clean, quiet and we absolutely enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here! Lisa and Garth were prompt in communication and were wonderful hosts

BEST view at our favorite place

The view from the room made all cares/worries go away. My family has stayed at Sunset Vistas for the last 7 years and this is by far our favorite room. None of the other 3 rooms we have used compare. The hosts were quick to respond, accommodating to our early arrival. They were very friendly and called right away when I had issues getting into the room. Every bed, the couch and chair were so comfortable. We brought beach toys and chairs but we didn’t have to, there were multiple chairs and lots of toys for my 3 kids. The price was comparable to others at the resort. I used the high deck chairs every morning to take in the view. All the pots, pans, dishes and silverware we needed. We hope to book with them again next year. Best of all I was able to book for 8 days so I didn’t have to change hotels after the first night!
