Great experience

Very very clean! Very nice pool area also We had access to a storage area with all the beach stuff needed. We left a few extra things for the next person If we decide to come back to the area . We will definitely book the same unit

Dinner on the balcony viewing the ocean

Everything was easy. Parking close, getting the bell cart. We walked the dogs in the neighborhood. Went to the pool and beach. It was chill and many restaurants nearby. The hosts responded quickly with my questions. We loved the king bed.

Beach Condo Stay

We spent two weeks at this property and it was a great time. Location was very nice. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants and an ice cream shop. Jolly Trolly stops right at the building in both directions. Great beach and pool area (although the pool didn’t get open during our stay as they were still repairing it from the hurricane damage. Owners were fantastic to deal with.

Wonderful condo in an amazing location!

My family and I stayed in this unit over Christmas. This was our fourth stay at San Remo, the first in this condo. We had an absolutely amazing time. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. It's close to many wonderful attractions and restaurants. The heated pool and beach are just steps away. I would absolutely stay in this unit again!

Great Condo

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and was just the right fit for us. The owner is very kind and seems very easy to work with. That in itself is a huge plus. He did warn us of construction that was going on with the complex before we booked but we did not know that the construction would be literally right outside our balcony and at the condo next to us. After construction is finished I would definitely stay here again. Loved the beach as it is more private.

We had to purchase a coffee pot $39.00 because the one at the condo was broke. The bedroom with the full mattress is worn out, my nephew said it was very uncomfortable. It's minor thing but I'm 5 ft tall and couldn't reach the buttons on the dry as they are at the top and couldn't find a stool so I had to stand on a chair. Just thought the owners would like to know.

Enjoyed Our Stay

The condominium is in a great location between Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg Beach. The pool and beach are just steps away. Great views from the balcony. They provide a wide array of beach/pool supplies that guests can use, there is no need to bring much with you. The condo is well maintained, clean, and it offers good amenities. Great experience communicating/contacting the owners, they are quick to respond and answer questions. I am happy to recommend this property.

It was the perfect relaxing vacation!

The property had all the amenities a family of four could need! Including sand toys, beach towels and chairs. We had nice grills by the pool and everything was exceptionally clean! Will return again!

Quiet Relaxation

This property is spacious and nicely furnished. (Second bedroom mattresses could use an upgrade, however) The owners are very easy to communicate with and quickly respond to questions. Pool is newly renovated, but the hot tub didn’t work for most of the week. The beach was the best part of our stay. We hope to return soon!

What an ocean view!

The ocean view from the condo was amazing!!! The condo was perfect. It had everything we needed. It was only a two minute walk to the beach. Loved loved the location!

Amazing place

We loved staying here. The beach was just past their pool and not very busy. The condo itself was very clean, had everything we needed and more. The owners called us just after check in to make sure everything was good and we had constant communication through texting. When. There was 1 item that was misplaced (hair dryer). They were right on it to order a new one but instead we bought to make it easier and they reimbursed us right away. We really LOVED that there was a storage area on the main level so we didn't have to bring up our wet beach things to the condo.
