Perfect stay

Perfect place for a relaxing stay. 15 min walk to beach and to many restaurants. Balacony was a perfect place to bird watch and relax. Very comfortable and felt like a home away from home. Would definitely stay again!

The best choice!

After several weeks of debating on a place to stay, my husband and I couldn't have been happier with our choice of this place. This is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of everything. There was more than enough space for my husband and I, but we agreed that our whole family would be happy in this place as well. It had everything we needed. We saw dolphins from our balcony, and I enjoyed my coffee outside as well. With this being a pet friendly property, we did notice a little dog hair and there weren't any beach chairs in the storage room. Neither of these things would keep us from coming back, though. The hosts were very quick to respond to all messages I sent. Very comfortable couch and bed to just relax or get a good nights sleep. The bonus was taking almost all clean clothes home, because there was free washer and dryer in the building. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Spring Training!

So excited to see the Phillies, Mets and Yankees in the Grapefruit League! We wanted an alternative to staying at a hotel. Such a great location, awesome water view, quiet neighborhood, walkable to the beaches, good parking, suitable for two couples and very clean! It is exactly as advertised. Internet was a bit spotty at times if you plan to work here during vacation. Would reco!

Extremely Attentive Hosts, Excellent Property

We had a wonderful stay here over Christmas. The condo is well equipped, very clean, the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, the kitchen is updated with all the bells and whistles, there are plenty of towels, and even a closet full of beach equipment. All of the televisions had full cable and app access for streaming, the laundry room downstairs was very convenient, and the sweeping views of the water made the place really feel like a luxury vacation. We reached out to Joanna and Lance several times throughout our weeklong stay, and every single time they responded instantly and were extremely gracious hosts. We have been STR guests for 10+ years, in multiple countries, and this was by far our best stay. Thank you Joanna and Lance!

Thanksgiving long weekend

Our family opted for Thanksgiving in Clearwater, and it was an ideal experience. The "Beach House" condo on the harbor side was delightful, offering water views and the chance to spot dolphins—I was fortunate enough to see one. The condo was impeccably clean with a fully equipped kitchen, ample towels, comfortable beds, and blankets. The A/C worked perfectly, and the living room featured a convenient sofa bed. The surroundings were peaceful, with many people strolling to the beach and engaging in various exercises. The area boasted numerous restaurants and entertainment options. We relished the short 5-8 minute walk to the beach area and the nearest Starbucks. Loved the condo. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Great Stay

This is a lovely place! The walk to “the action” was a little longer than I thought it would be, but nothing too crazy. The condo was clean and nicely appointed. The owner was super nice and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay in Clearwater. The unit was very nice looked just like the pictures. The only thing you should do in the near future is replace the refrigerator. It did not keep things cold and we couldn't change the temperature because the buttons didn't work and the freezer door kept sticking shut. It also smelt like fish in the refrigerator. I tried wiping everything down but the smell wouldn't go away.

Great view of the bay with close walk to beach

Clean, very well taken care of property. We loved our stay. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom was beautiful. We specifically chose this place because the 2nd bedroom had 2 queen beds vs. twin beds. Also, a beautiful room. Ideal for couples. The view of the bay was so nice to enjoy any time of day. But, mornings with coffee or evenings with cocktails on the balcony were my favorites. Kitchen was roomy for cooking. We would book here again. We've booked other places in the past in which the pics outdid the actual. Not the case here. The actual outdid the pics. Wonderful experience!!

Great location!

Short walk to beach, shops and many restaurants. Comfortable beds and nice furnishings. Well equipped kitchen except for missing a baking pan and colander. However, there are a couple of casserole dishes that you can use for baking. Overall excellent experience!

WORTH EVERY PENNY

Excellent location and property for our needs. A few blocks from the beach, restaurants and bars. We rented a car for some days trips, but not necessary if you just wanted to enjoy the Clearwater scene. Highly recommend and will definately be back.

Great place to stay! Truly the best bang for you buck in all of Clearwater. Only a 10 min walk to the beach and restaurants. We met the owner Lance who is a great guy. You won’t be disappointed!

Quiet, contemporary, and short walk to beach

Nice, quiet, updated place in Clearwater Beach, about .3 miles from the beach itself. Had enough space for our family of 5. The property has coin-op laundry on the premises for longer stays. Overall, a place we would stay at again.

Clearwater nice beach but very crowded

It was fine. Space big enough but starting to show a little age(furniture wise) had a few little problems but owner very nice and helped us immediately. We were a little disappointed with the proximity to beach which was about half mile walk to the beach. Bicycles would have been nice but no bicycle racks. Parking and getting in and around Clearwater causeway was a nightmare. We learned the best way to get around was walking.

Dependable property in great location

Second stay for us at Dolphin Cove. Great, sunny view from balcony, including sunsets and sightings of dolphins. We will return to this property in future visits to CWB.

Great location, nice villa, worth every penny. High rent district.

The condo was everything we needed with my wife and 2 boys, 12 and 16 years old. We rented a car just because I wanted to play golf, visit Costco and have some options. You do not need a car. Everything from the Beach to the restaurants to whatever is super walk-able. You will get your steps in but it's all worth it. The general area is very touristy (as expected) and most of the restaurants are owned by the same companies, so the menus are very similar, but you can find some outliers. The pizza stinks but the seafood is legit, just not for a couple of teenage boys that crave comfort food. The beach is incredible...best I have ever seen - on par with Cancun. The Beach is really busy, but it's so big that you can always find a place. Bring your own chairs, towels, music, drinks, food, and enjoy! Highly recommend. Don't drive anywhere at night. The traffic is obscene. But you can walk everywhere very easily. Some trashy motels nearby but never felt unsafe.

Over all was very nice. Clearwater is very nice. Just wish the floors and house was a bit cleaner, especially the floors. But I enjoyed my stay. Wish I seen the dolphins outside my balcony.
