Host was very welcoming. Amenities such as washer and dryer were in good condition. Kitchenware such as cutting board and bread knife we were not able to find. Plenty of beech and bathroom towels were available. Location was perfect with downtown Dunedin and bike trail a few blocks away.

Awesome owner

We had issues with the a/c when we arrived. Owner had sometime there in less than s half hour. It messed up a second time. Had someone out quickly again. Also gave us access to the neighboring unit that was unoccupied

Short ride to honeymoon island

Unit is spacious, clean and has everything you need to go to beach,cook in and take a refreshing dip in the pool. Just a 10 minute drive to the causeway and honeymoon island. We would definitely return!!

Great place, comfortable and plenty of space. Kitchen was perfect! Hot tub was most enjoyable after a long day out.Would love to come back.

Nice place, great location, a bit noisy

The location and unit itself was great. Also the communication with VRBO was timely and helpful. Our only challenge was the noise - from the unit above. The unit is not well soundproofed. You hear people walking and opening & closing closets. Unfortunately when we were there, the people above were noisy until midnight. As a nice touch, ear plugs were provided....Would go back again.

Friends Getaway

The property was very nice. The downside was that it was right on a busy street and very noisy. The nearby Honeymoon Beach State Park was very disappointing. Very rocky beach that made it hard to get in the water. The area was just not for me and my friend.

Fun stay

Everything was great. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and a great location centralized to the area of downtown Dunedin. Greeted with water and Lorna doons! Also, really enjoyed the pool! Plus, a very accommodating host as well as wonderful sunset views.

close to downtown

This is a lovely property - clean, comfy and spacious. The kitchen offers lots of counterspace and newer appliances, and a nice round table with room for 4. Washer and dryer in unit was very convenient! The pool wasn't ready yet, but we did use the hot tub! We walked all over - Pinellas Trail just a block away. The cafe and brewery next door are both great. They close early so it's not noisy late night. Street is a bit busy but not enough to disrupt our sleep. We took short drives to Tarpon Springs and to downtown Clearwater and also Clearwater Beach. We would stay again!

Great Stay

My husband and I stayed in the Eagles’s Nest Unit. So very happy with everything about the unit. Lots of room. Very neat and clean. The unit is a short walk to downtown Dunedin with all the shops and restaurants. Will definitely book again. Thank you Katie!!!

Good location

Enjoyed our stay! Good location close to downtown Dunedin and Pinellas trail. Kitchen supplies need to be updated a bit and streaming on main tv didn’t always work very well. Definitely would stay here again!

Great location, exactly as advertised😎

I was in town for a senior BBall tourney so having the hot tub and an in-unit washer/dryer was important to me. Very clean an freak looking unit. While the condo is next to a street the sounds were not an issue for me. Dunedin is a very quaint area with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Great stay!
